My experience at LHM Ford has been FAR from satisfactory. Good service and caring about the customer is NOT at this location. LHM Ford in Draper. If you’re not a man in a truck, then the service advisors don’t care! I purchased a new SUV from them last year and trying to get a service advisor on the phone to hear any updates on the servicing is impossible! Let alone waiting all day to hear what the problem is with your car and telling the receptionist you’ve tried to get ahold of your advisor because you need a car to get home and the receptionist saying the rep doesn’t have voicemail and she’ll give him the message. And No return call! I had to call several times to se if I could talk to someone else and I was out on hold for 20 minutes…. I feel like they didn’t even take my car apart to check what the problem was. The rep finally called back at 4:30pm saying they didn’t fix it and they’d need it over night but could offer me a loaner car. My story goes on and on, and as of today my brand new 2023 car is still not fixed and the Rep hasn’t even called back to check in and follow up on what needs to happen with my car being fixed. I’m so unhappy with the service and I’m ready to take it to Ken Garff Ford. Ridiculous! More
