Zachary was very good & informative about my Ram 1500 clasic 2021. I appreciated his direction. I have purchased about 3 vechichles from the dealership over the years and have always been satisfied with clasic 2021. I appreciated his direction. Over the phone I was told it would take one to two days and instead it took about two hours. I was pushed up to the front of the line because of my crippled state. Thank you for the service you performed. and instead it took about two hours. I was pushed up to the front of the line because of my crippled state. Thank you for the service you performed. More

Had my 2019 Ram 1500 towed here on a Tuesday morning, after dealing with it not starting, or barely starting and running rough, over the previous weekend. I should state that the tow truck driver jump st after dealing with it not starting, or barely starting and running rough, over the previous weekend. I should state that the tow truck driver jump started it to get it on his truck, and told me the battery is completely dead…like no juice whatsoever. I had it towed anyways since I already had it scheduled and my warranty covered the tow. After the dealership looked at it, their initial inspection was that the etorque may be faulty and the battery was definitely bad, but they would need it for a few days. By Friday, they said they were still looking at it and it was throwing some codes that they needed to look into. Early Saturday afternoon, they said the codes were telling them to flash the computer for two separate codes. They did that and said it was done just before they closed for the weekend. I asked if they replaced the battery, they said no it didn’t need to be, it was charging fine and the truck started and ran as it should. So when I picked up my keys from the front desk of the dealership, mind you the service center was closed by now, I got in my truck to start it, and it took three attempts for it to start. I will say, though, once it started, it ran normal as it should, it just was still hard to start. I thought that was a battery issue. The next morning I took the truck to AutoZone to have the battery tested, and it was BAD! I replaced it there and it started right up just like brand new! I’m so frustrated with this dealership that this simple thing got overlooked. I am thankful for AutoZone, but I should’ve went with my gut, a week prior, when all of this initially started happening, and just bought a stinking battery. I am thankful for Larry Miller Dodge for taking care of the codes and flashing the computer, I definitely couldn’t do that on my own. I just wish they would’ve put a new battery in while they had the truck there. More
