I think it’s really xxxxty that you denied warranting a part because a bolt had fallen out and replaced with an aftermarket bolt. Also, the crappy design of the intercooler brackets were not completely str part because a bolt had fallen out and replaced with an aftermarket bolt. Also, the crappy design of the intercooler brackets were not completely straight from the factory, so you guys denied warranting on an intercooler that had a hole in the core and had nothing to do with a bolt that was replaced or brackets that were not straight from factory. we have used your dealership for many years for parts and service and because of this one incident, we will no longer purchase anything from your dealerships. Or have any repairs done by you guys. And to denial warranty for a life saving vehicle is really really xxxxty on your part. When we have our monthly meetings with all the other departments in the valley, we will make sure that we pass this information onto them and nobody else will use any of the Larry Miller dealerships. The service we received did not meet our expectations and was actually the worst service we have received. We've been coming to this Larry Miller Dodge since 2015, and the last few visits we have had have no was actually the worst service we have received. We've been coming to this Larry Miller Dodge since 2015, and the last few visits we have had have not met our expectations. This last one was the worst and raises a bunch of questions regarding the capabilities not only within your systems but the mechanics. We made our appointment 3 days in advance. We did drop our vehicle off the day night before because our appointment was at 7AM and we have kids to drop at school. We weren't notified until almost 11AM that the parts were going to be delayed because they were just ordered and took 24 hours to ship from L.A. We agreed to leave the vehicle at the dealership because there was no sense to drive back and then turn around the next day to drop it back off again. We then get a call the next day saying because it was AWD they needed more time to put the shocks in, not really sure why since they had the vehicle all day and wasn't our fault they had to mix our appointment in with others. Alex, did offer a rental, however, we would have also needed to wait until the next day to then drive to an Enterprise to pick up a rental to then turn around and return it Monday. It's shocking that there isn't a way for your system to know that an appointment has been made and the parts for that appointment wouldn't be in stock to complete the repairs on schedule. Or, notify someone the same day the appointment was made to order the parts for an upcoming appointment. So parts that took over 24 hours to get there were the first delay that was a waterfall affect to everything else. We elected a specific service advisor specifically so we didn't have to deal with Alex and we ended up with him anyways and every time we end up with Alex we have a terrible experience. I'm not sure this will even make a difference but thought I would put my two cents for what it's worth..... More
