My technician was very customer oriented. I could only be so lucky to receive this type of service anywhere else. I took my car in for maintenance - inspection, tire rotation, and oil change at 9am. Everything was going fine. I call and text my tech Joshua 3-3:30 to check in and no response. So I decide to show up rotation, and oil change at 9am. Everything was going fine. I call and text my tech Joshua 3-3:30 to check in and no response. So I decide to show up since there’s no way the car hasn’t been done. I get there and the service area is closed, takes 15 minutes for someone to approach me then they say “maybe they didn’t call you because it’s not ready”. It was an oil change, nothing special. They finally get it sorted and give me my keys. As I’m walking out, an employee says “blow us up next time” referring to calling. I called once, texted twice. It’s not MY responsibility to badger you about my car, you should let ME know when it’s complete. More
