After shopping four different dealers over a period of about four months for a very specific vehicle, Larry Miller Dodge was the clear choice. Now to be fair, I was not an "easy" customer. I made it clear to all four dealers upfront that as a business owner I would not waste their time nor mine, I was ready to make a purchase, credit/cash was not an issue, I would only deal with the fleet manager, only over email initially, and that I would not be visiting the showroom or discussing trade-in until I was presented the truck I wanted for the price I wanted. Of the three other dealers, two were very rude/pushy and earned the reputation of "used car salesman" while the third was very professional with a competitive price but simply did not have "my" truck in inventory (they were a little higher in price, but as I found out later only because they were having to purchase the truck I wanted from Larry Miller!). Over the initial four months of fact gathering and option selections, I was able to visit three of the four dodge lots (I did not visit Larry Miller during this time) and was very disappointed to discover that the sales man at the lot could not answer even the simplest of questions about their product ! I had already did my homework and knew the answers to the questions, I was simply looking for the "pros" to verify !! On the other hand, Scott and Jon answered almost every question I had on-the-spot and knew the product inside and out ! They did not employ the old worn out sales tricks and speeches, they did not push a sale, Jon gave his best price up front without haggling, and they were not condescending in any way. After the sale and upon pick-up of the vehicle, Scott took the time to show me how everything worked and I was on my way ! After the sale, follow up calls were made by the staff to see if I was happy, and Scott even set up a little after-market install for me. I would highly recommend doing your homework, checking out a few lots, and then go talk to Scott or Jon when you are ready to make the purchase, I am confident you will find the experience as pleasant and professorial as I !! My experience from the start at this dealership was great.. Sales associates were friendly and honest didn't argue or push the issue with selling the vehicle. My experience was very good. I dropped in at 8 pm, test drove the truck I wanted, got the pricing and then decided to trade in my current vehicle, and was out the door with a new truck by 10pm. Scott was friendly, polite, and showed a sincere desire to help us as a customer. He worked extra hard to find us the best vehicle at the best price he could. My girlfriend and I purchased a vehicle from this location earlier this month. Initially, we were trading in a vehicle that we still owed on. Gary approached us (as all car salesmen do) when we arrived and we began looking around the lot for something that we could afford. Unfortunately, most of the models we were shown just did not work for us. Ironically, we qualified for the same vehicle we had (which we were offered as a joke). After two hours of being shown a car, test driving it, and "working the numbers," nothing was happening. The dealership had a single vehicle that we were "okay" with, but did not love. We had decided that we were just going to look elsewhere and keep the car in mind when Gary brought his sales manager back (forgot his name, but he was a large man with a crewcut). His sales manager becan conversing with us asking, "Are we going to make a deal today?" I replied, "ARE we?" From here, I explained to him that we were being shown a car at a time and nothing was really catching our eye. I further explained that we were not going to settle for "good" when I was sure that there was a "great around here somewhere." The sales manager recommended a vehicle, a Dodge Caliber 2011, which we took for a test drive. We really loved the car and were (frankly) pissed off when we were told that it probably did not fit within our price range. At that point we were headed out the door when the sales manager said he would work something out. The sales manager came back saying that he had given us a discount here and there, but that the numbers worked out as far as what the bank was willing to loan us. We drove off in the car! A week later, we found out that the bank was unwilling to finance, both, me and my girlfriend because of my credit. I am a student with a lot of loans, so this was not a surprise to me, but my girlfriend was required to go and re-sign the paperwork, resulting in an even greater deal because she was not qualified for as much as we were together. Currently, we are waiting for our previous vehicle to be paid off, but we are happy with how everything turned out. More

We originally were looking for a used vehicle as a 2nd car. The one we were interested in had sold and we just weren't finding what we wanted. Without being pushy in any way, he and Mike worked to find us a deal that would work for us. We had our two small children with us and buying a car with kids is not an easy task, but it wasn't that difficult with them. We ultimately ended up trading our vehicle in (which was always an option) and we LOVE our van!!!! The only thing that was a little upsetting was we drove it off the lot with no gas. I thought they were supposed to fill the tank for you. Definitely doesn't affect the way I feel. Even in finance, Emily was amazing! There was something with the brakes that wasn't caught by the shop, but they were very quick and happy to fix it. It wasn't a major issue either. Buying a used car as our only car was a little scary at first, but not anymore. We will without a doubt return when we buy any other vehicles and there will be no hesitation to refer anyone to them. If you are looking to have a real experience buying a car, and not get treated like you are just a dollar sign, this place is where you want to go. They treat you like human beings. More
