First of all, we have purchased 5 vehicles from LMD, and all of the services (oil change,tires, etc) have been done by them. We have always had GREAT service from them,The day we bought our new car (8/13/11) we actullay went in for an oil change on our Avenger and ened up with a NEW CAR (2010 Charger) WOW, Jay Coen(salesman) was so friendly and a down home person (these days they are far and few between) Jay made you feel so comfortable, that if you closed your eyes for a moment you might be in your back yard haveing a BBQ with him instead of buying a car, never has buying a car been so easy, we also had Steve Dancy (Finance) in our corner-WOW! he worked really hard and found us the best interest rate, he has called several times to check and see if we were still okay and how we were doing (who does that anymore?) LMD is the best of all in our book and we have told everyone we know that they would not be disappointed. It is all how you treat people, LMD has great people working for them, so that has to tell you something.Thank you again for all you did for us!!! More

Tom was very accommodating we went for a ride in the durango and Tom explained alot of the options and offered us water and we met several other salesman they were very nice. I would definitely recommend Larry Miller to my friends and family looking for a new car. The financial advisor explained things very well and we liked her very much. I dont remember her name. When we were ready to leave Tom explained all of the extras and showed us how to run everything on the new vehicle I think he was very thorough and very pleasent. He definitely gets a 5 from us. More

Our sales person, Kelly, was friendly, courteous, honest, and very low pressure. She was a pleasure to work with. The finance person, Emily, was great about telling us which purchase options were most important and which things we could leave out to keep payments down. She was very nice and helpful. It was refreshing to buy a vehicle and leave feeling good about the purchase rather than feeling brow beaten and exhausted. Usually when I buy a car I feel taken advantage of when the experience is over. It has been a week; I've had plenty of time to scour through the paper work, and I have no buyer's remorse whatsoever. I highly recommend this dealership! More
When looking for a new vehicle, I thought it would be like going to a dentist to get a vasectomy. I was WRONG. I have never had so much fun buying my truck as I did at Larry Miller Dodge. The salesman, Jon Rohde, was great, no high pressure, and extremely helpful. I explained what I wanted, he gave me a feeling of confidence at the knowledge he had of the inventory. His explination of the available packages for the trucks wasn't so technical that you had to be a rocket engineer to understand. Ed, sorry I don't know his last name, was a good compliment to the "sales team". We worked out the details and I am estatic about my new truck. Now, what is that part attached to the lower part of the dash? We never did figure that out, maybe someone there has an idea. Again, Thank You for a great experience. Considering we were on the lot for 1-1/2 hours with him in the heat, he stayed committed and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Appreciate you Tom! We came into this dealership with a very difficult situation after being turned away by another leading dealership in the area. We honestly did not think they were going to be able to help us get into a vehicle and stay within our price range; however, JC and Jon (sales), Ed (sales manager), and Steve (finance) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us the deal we wanted on a beautiful new vehicle with the features we desired. They were very polite, friendly, and respectful and their expertise really shone through! We were truly amazed at their ability to make this deal happen. I am in the retail business and deal with the public everyday so I understand how important it is to company to have people that are willing to provide excellent customer service. I have told everybody I know that when they are ready to purchase a vehicle they need to go see Tom. I will tell you that my sister went and bought a truck since my last purchase. I also have a friend that I told about Tom. They have been in contact with one another and Tom is watching for the new Challenger to come in as that is what he wants to purchase. I am so glad that you provide your customers with this opportunity to tell you what kind of experience they had. I don't believe people that do a great job get enough recognition. J.C. was exceptionally helpful, patient and pleasant. He helped us find the right Dodge vehicle that was compatible with other vehicles we were considering. This would have been an employee (retiree) purcha helped us find the right Dodge vehicle that was compatible with other vehicles we were considering. This would have been an employee (retiree) purchase; but, Larry Miller Dodge was not able to match the trade-in price offered by other Chrysler product dealers. The difference was considerable; so, we did not make the purchase. We chose a comparably equipped Chrysler 200 instead. More
