These guys really are a bait and switch dealership. Be careful and don’t play their shell game. I escaped but it was a frustrating night with their manager Scott telling lies the whole time. Everyone is advertising incentives and low prices to get rid of all the 2013 trucks ahead of the 2014 models coming in to the dealership. Larry Miller had the truck we test drove on the website listing the price as $41k with a sticker of $50k. That seems like a great deal. After our test drive I told the guy we were meeting with and his boss that I was just shopping and while I had a tendency to be impulsive and wasn’t going to be that. The manager said “what if I offer you $3k above KBB for your trade.” Ok, let’s go in and talk about it. Fill out the paperwork and it’s getting late and our young children need to be picked up from the sitter. Scott comes to us and says “I can get your deal done.” My wife even asks at the level that we asked? He says yes. She then leaves to go get the kids while I’m going to finish the paperwork. Scott(the liar) comes back with the real deal. First, they won’t honor the internet price. Second, they now want to give me $3k below KBB for my trade. Third, they add a BS dealer add on fee of $1,495 for “desert paint” protection and tinted windows. When I comment on that they don’t honor the internet price he goes back and lowers the price but also takes off the equivalent amount from the trade in. Does he think I’m stupid? The clear answer is yes. So now we are $12k above the level that we talked about. I was thinking that it would be hard for them to get our deal done and still make money but it would be close. I called my wife back and let her know to turn around. Scott then tries to sell me a truck with a $6k less sticker price. Of course that means we are still far apart. These guys are less than reputable and I’d advise anyone to steer clear. There are a bunch of Larry Miller dealerships and they all appear to be run the same way. To add insult to injury I get an email the next morning offering me a $38k truck at MSRP plus all their BS add ons. Unbelievable. Here’s my advice. Educate yourself on the internet on the vehicle you want. Use KBB to figure out what you should get for your trade, what people are paying for the vehicle your want, and general information about the vehicle. Four hours of research will make you smarter than 85% of the sales persons you will ever run into. Last tip, avoid Larry Miller Dodge like a plague. More
We were just looking for a potential new Truck, but "Diesel" made it affordable for us to purchase our 1500 Dodge Ram Pickup... my husband is happy and all the much needed options he requested were inc "Diesel" made it affordable for us to purchase our 1500 Dodge Ram Pickup... my husband is happy and all the much needed options he requested were included and the price was good! Emily Stratton is the Business Mgr. I both love and admire her bluntness and total honesty-she pulls no punches and tells it the way it is--VERY RESPECTABLE in the auto sales industry! More car dealers need more people like Emily-anyway, she got me a very good deal through a Credit Union, which I now have both a savings and checking acct with. In the Service Dept., both Alex and Mike have gone out of their way to make sure everything is 100% with the car. It's been in for oil changes and a few upgrades I added. Their quality of work is unsurpassed and their pricing is fair(after all, this is NOT a cheap vehicle to begin with) Alex I have known for many years when he was my service advisor back in 2000 when I bought my Intrepid ES. All these folks should be commended for their outstanding Customer Service in an otherwise ill thought- of business. They do in fact, treat you like family....so if you want a new Challenger, or Charger, or Dart, or Durango, or Journey, or Ram, or EVEN a Minivan, go see Kelly and Emily....Mike and Alex will take care of you after the sale! One of the best car buying experience we have every went through. No pressure to purchase something we didn't want. Went to several other dealerships and came right back to Larry Miller Dodge. I bought a New 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 and at 1,450 miles the transmission went out, took the dealership alomst two weeks to find out want was wrong with the truck. Got the truck back and keep having transmission problems, the truck was in and out of the shop more than 8 to 10 times in a matter of 3 months. The dealership told me that they didn't know what was wrong with the truck and didn't know how to fix it but knew that it did have a problem.I told the dealer that the truck was a lemon and that I wanted them to exchange the truck for the same truck and the dealership wouldn't exchanged the trucks and told me to take the truck to another dealership cause they couldn't fix the truck. Called CORP. and they said that they couldn't do much and that I had to take it up with the dealership. I will never buy a car from this dealer or even own a Dodge. Now I have a lawyer working on the case. More

The phone was answered by Kelly Thomas she asked how she could help and I explained that we had a 2011 1500 sport crew cab that we wanted to trade in for a 2012 model.Not just any new one,we wanted the exact same truck down to every option.(we found that this was no small task as the truck we owned had been special ordered).Any way we told her that we would be there in 15 minutes and when we arrived she had the vehicle that we were looking for already out and she was waiting for us. Back to the hard to find aspect, this vehicle was similar but ghad 4 wheel drive and lacked one option.Through some minor negotiation and a lot of leg work on Kelly's part we ended up with exactly we wanted and at a great price, and we were done with everything and out the door in less than 2.5 hours with our new truck. This lady and her finance manager worked their butts off to satisfy us,the customer. We will recommend their services to everyone and without a doubt will return in the near future to purchase a vehicle for my wife.Thank you Kelly and Larry Miller Dodge for your efforts. P.S These are the first Dodge vehicles I ever owned and I love my Dodge Truck. More

My wife and I had our first experience when we bought a used 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 from Larry Miller Dodge, Peoria, AZ in December 2010 and were very happy with the deal, service, and vehicle. Last week my w used 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 from Larry Miller Dodge, Peoria, AZ in December 2010 and were very happy with the deal, service, and vehicle. Last week my wife got (2) phone calls from Larry Miller dealer to come back and trade our 09 Ram for a 2012 vehicle. Skeptical after the second call we decided to go out there on Saturday, June 9th to see what they had to offer. Originally, I wanted the Ram Big Horn but it didn't fit our budget without being uncomfortable. After meeting with Zack the salesman that called my wife we were shown a 2012 Ram Big Horn. The truck is beautiful and loaded and is all I could possbly want in a truck. So we started to do a deal. Initially we decided to pass, but then they asked "What payment are you looking for?" We told them and they went and worked on it. After a while we were told that we could have the truck with our trade, NO DOWN PAYMENT, rebates, and credits for the payment we wanted. That was great but at signing there came the catch about the warranty, gap coverage, etc. So these items were going to be extra and raise the payment and now we were uncomfortable. So, ready to leave with our original truck they went back to the drawing board and came back with a deal that gave us everything we could possibly need for the payment we wanted. Very happy we left with our brand new truck! So we get a call Monday, June 11th to come in and sign new loan papers because the financing interest went down and now our payment is even lower. BOTTOM LINE from our first purchase to this one this dealership worked to make us happy and to get us in the vehicles we wanted with the payments we wanted. If we decide to buy any more Dodge Products they will have our business!! More
