Just drove in from Chicago. When we were about 10 miles from our final destination the check engine light went on and the truck started to run very rough. It was about 1pm on a Saturday and I knew I needed from our final destination the check engine light went on and the truck started to run very rough. It was about 1pm on a Saturday and I knew I needed to find a Ram dealership quickly if I was going to be able to get my new truck with only 2500 miles on it in for service early in the week. I called Larry Miller Dodge/Ram and spoke to John. Made an appointment for 9am Monday morning. My biggest concern was that I was out of town and we knew no one in the area. This was our only means of transportation and now I had to leave it at a dealership for an undertrained amount of time. John was extremely helpful. He suggested we wait for about an hour to see if it was a quick fix or to at least know what was going to be involved in the repair. It turned out to be the computer and it was going to be fixed that day. John, knowing that I might need alternate transportation, had a loaner car set aside for our use in case we needed it. I have normally purchased premium vehicles in the past. A large part of that choice is due to the way they handle customer service. I must say that I normally don't add any comments on a survey but I felt I had to this time. I was so impressed with the buying experience in the Chicago area at Wickstrom Dodge/Ram and even more impressed with my first service experience in Glendale, Az at Larry Miller Dodge/ Ram.
