We essentially made the deal over a couple calls and texts. Then last night I changed my mind on the truck I wanted. Texted him when I was 30min away (Tucson to Avondale) and he showed us the outstanding ‘24 RAM Power Wagon on the showroom floor and I said ‘SOLD’… We were done and on the road home in short order. Ruben is a calm, knowledgeable and no xx kind of person. He was absolutely delightful to work with. And, Omar (the F&I) guy was equally delightful to work with. Super knowledgeable, detailed, efficient and just a wonderful person. Because the dealerships in Tucson didn’t have the product I wanted, we got to meet two great gentlemen. At 61 years old I’ve purchased dozens of vehicles, from Ram trucks to MBZ AMG’s. This experience was without a doubt the smoothest without haggle or pressure.
