I went for an oil change on a Saturday. The service writer seemed annoyed right from the beginning. First it seemed because I didn’t have an appointment and it carried on through the entire The service writer seemed annoyed right from the beginning. First it seemed because I didn’t have an appointment and it carried on through the entire interaction. No smile, no acknowledgment, just sign here and go. I didn’t get a time of how long wait would be. I went all the way home 20 mins I got a message it was ready. When I picked up my vehicle all seemed okay again a very brief interaction with the service writer since a different one came over to assist me for pick up. Again, no acknowledgement towards me. But she did ask the service writer who was helping me what he was needing or if he needed help. I signed, he handed me my keys. I left. Normally when I get my service done they air up My tires to 36 psi. The recommendation is 32 for my vehicle. But when I looked I noticed they didn’t even touch the air in the tires and on the invoice it was signed for that air was checked and used. I think this might be my last time going to get service at this location. I pass another dodge dealership on my way to work and I can drop it there. After 4 vehicles purchased and all of them serviced there. I use to have TJ who would go above and beyond but the last 3 times I’ve gone in have been very similar to this with different service writers. I think I’m done. Thanks LHM. More

Terrible. Made an appointment for an oil change at 0700. Arrived at 0645 and was the second vehicle in line through the Express Oil Change Lane. I Waited at the dealership for over 2 1/2 hours. And the gentleman with the jeep in front of me in the Express Lane was still waiting for Jeep. Unbelievable. He was pissed. Why make an appt and go through the express lane when you still have to wait over 2 1/2 hours. More
