I spent over 2000. 00 in the last two months and now have two new issues I didn’t have when I first dropped off my vehicle one head rest not fixed that they said was fin 00 in the last two months and now have two new issues I didn’t have when I first dropped off my vehicle one head rest not fixed that they said was fine. I will not be going back and have liked jeeps for a wile but this experience made me not want a jeep and will stick with fords going forward. More

My experience was in service. I waited for over 5 min to just be acknowledged. 3 service members, 1 on the computer 2nd completed with his customer and then proceeded to he on t I waited for over 5 min to just be acknowledged. 3 service members, 1 on the computer 2nd completed with his customer and then proceeded to he on the computer rather acknowledge me standing and waiting to be helped. 3rd person finally acknowledged my presence and then waited over 4 more minutes to find time to help me. Very disappointed in the service dept. Not impressed! More
