You stated I would be hearing from you soon. 8 days ago. I took car in for the primary problem of the clunk on the left side. Tech stated the control arm is bad and the bushing is torn. Then it was printed that " I DECLINE REPAIR" I never did. I was told it was OK and not to worry. Second - the stop/start was working fine, but now is not working. Third - The left head light is not working. it was when I entered the shop for service. You did change out the motor mounts that went bad in under 30,000 miles. You did a wheel alignment, but I question that also, for the fact, the left tire hangs out of center as the right one. It tilts out ward at the top. If I am to pay another deductible for these repairs, I might as well go to a service much closer. I bought this car here and thought that the service here would be trusted. I do not think I should pay ANOTHER deductible. But expected all work to be completed and no new problems in only a couple days out of shop. Please respond soon, as I have new tires and would hate to see one used up because of your alignment.

11/30/24 - Also as of today, the replaced water pump is leaking again. Batting 1000 on this service ! What do you want me to do? UPDATE 12/6/24 "" They asked me to return. 1.
