My Family and I received a flyer for a chance to win his and her jeeps, or $100000, and on a whim, we went to give it a shot. We only won $5 dollars, but when we spoke with David and Ruben and explained our poor credit situation, Ruben and David ensured us he could help. Pessimistically, we gave it a try, and although it took some time, he returned with a car loan approval. Prior to this we had been turned away by several other dealerships, but Ruben and David found a bank and a car that worked for us. When we went to the lot to pick out a car, we expected to see older, smaller vehicles, but we were instead shown much younger, more family oriented vehicles, including our 2012 Avenger with incredibly low mileage. Though we had to get our own papers in order before any deal could be finalized, when we returned with everything we needed we sat down with Ruben and David once again and they worked out our new deal, after allowing our 8 yr. old son to ring the gong, we sat down with Marcus who worked miracles to make our finances work. Even though we were worried that we may not be able to get the car, when we looked up we saw them drive our car into the pick up area, and Marcus explained the amazing deal he was able to work up for us. After all our papers were signed, David gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to the service department, where we will be getting our car rotations and oil changes and car washes at a discounted rate for the next yr. We walked into the dealership and the ridiculous hope of winning $100,000, and absolutely no interest in wasting our time trying to buy a car we couldn't be approved for, but Ruben and David connected with us and gave a tremendous effort to find us a an approval on a car that fit our situation, and Marcus found a way to give us a better deal than we could have ever expected. Our car purchasing experience not only gave us a great experience, and a great car, but also we feel that we made three new friends. I don't know the sales experience the others received that wrote such poor review, but I have to disagree with them completely. For my family and I we left feeling not only happy about our new vehicle, but also as a stronger family knowing this purchase would not only help us now, but would give us the boost we need in our hopes to buy our children the house they deserve. Our experience with David Jackson was very pleasant. He tried to answer all the questions we had. David drove us around in a very nice truck looking at other trucks and we did not see any we wanted. I am a VERY picky buyer. If the deal isn't Exactly what I need and want I walk out. I went in with exact parameters of what I needed for my family and everyone of these guys worked hard to meet those what I need and want I walk out. They had the used vehicle I needed priced well below retail and only slightly above NADA Trade in value. The payment amount with the financing was below what I asked for and they are still working to finalize the deal at an even better interest rate lowering the payment even more. I closed the original deal at 8:30pm friday night. So I will have to wait until monday for Sonny to work on a better interest rate. Something he seems confident he can do. Never the less even if he cannot, The interest rate for my credit situation as well as the payment amount is well within my expectations as well as my budget. Don't walk. RUN from the dealer across the road and visit these guys! More
I have been looking for a good used minivan for about 3 months. I looked at the Larry H. Miller Chrysler Dealership website and spotted a 2006 Town and Country Touring Edition. The online pictures looked good and it had low mileage. What was really good, was the fact that I could see the Carfax. So, I called the dealership and spoke to Woody Stewart. I met him about an hour later and the minivan was in front of the building and ready for the test drive. He was a no pressure salesman that was very concerned of my price zone. After the purchase, he went through a complete explanation of the options and how to use them. The whole experience was very unusual from any car salesman I have dealt with in the past. I had a roll-over from a previous purchase from a different dealership a few years prior which made this process very difficult, until I came to Larry Miller Surprise. The Salesman Woody and the sales manager Scott Walther came out and took my information. They were very professional and a honest with me, Scott said he would do all he could to reduce the roll over and still reach the goal of the payments that I had discussed with him.. Within a couple of days Scott had worked a miracle and I bought the Jeep with Lift, Rims and tires from Larry Miller Surprise and Scott not only got rid of the negative equity but my payment ended up lower than we had agreed upon.. I will definitely be back in a year for my sons first vehicle and I would highly recommend Larry Miller Surprise to everyone looking for a vehicle..
