The service received from the time we entered the dealership until we drove our new jeep off the lot was superb. My sales person JC Coen was very professional,took time to understand what my needs were and showed me what I wanted to buy not the other way around like some other dealers i have been to in the past and i to understand what my needs were and showed me what I wanted to buy not the other way around like some other dealers i have been to in the past and is the reason I would come back to buy another truck from this dealer. The GM Glenn was also a great part of my experience, that was the first time I have actually seen and heard from a Gm at a dealer to make sure I was very well taken care of. To close off my experience my finance person Eddy was excellent gave me the breakdown of my payment and was real straightforward . More

I went in to have an oil change done on my truck the service advisor was very helpful until we made him honor a price they adertised. After that he had attitude and was rude. Then when the truck was d service advisor was very helpful until we made him honor a price they adertised. After that he had attitude and was rude. Then when the truck was done I asked if the tires had beeen rotated and he said yes. When I got home I realized they had not rotated the tires and he had lied to me. That is why car repair places have a bad name because they are dishonest. I spoke with the service manager and he said I could bring it back and have it done. Which I did drove 50 miles again because they lied. The service manager never came out to apologize or try to make there dishonest service right. This is bad cuatomer service and shows that even managment is ok with lieing to customers. I will warn people of there bad service and tell them to find someone else to go to. More

My salesman David Jackson was awesome. He did not pressure me at all. He wanted to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. He and Ruben (who was also excellant) put the deal together and it was exact pressure me at all. He wanted to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. AWESOME experience!! Dean Finerty showed me all the patience in the world as i ho hummed about what car i wanted!!
