The Parts Department made sure to work with my to select the proper cover for my particular truck and my needs. Once the parts came in (by the way, they arrive precisely when the parts department said they would) I was able to set an appointment around my schedule and it was very prompt. I arrived at the dealership dropped off my vehicle and left for my workout. When I got back there was still a little waiting to do however when the truck rolled out it looked fantastic. I am extremely happy with my experiences at LHM Surprise and will continue to visit Steve anytime my Ram has a need. More

When we arrived the next day after driving 4 hours from Show Low, AZ; the vehicle we had asked about was prepped and waiting in the "sold" bay. When we asked about a different vehicle, Drake easily made the transition. The vehicle we wanted was prepped quickly and the sales process went smoothly. Drake was friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle and smoothly competent and professional. My son enjoyed banging the gong. Just wanted to look, my husband wanted to see the Dart. We have had many Dodges and Chryslers. . I really wanted a better gas mileage than my 2011 Avenger. I went on line and search out the Dodge Dart. W We have had many Dodges and Chryslers. . I really wanted a better gas mileage than my 2011 Avenger. I went on line and search out the Dodge Dart. Within 1/2 hour Cindy called and invited us to come on down. We had never been to the new Larry Miller building off Waddel in Surprise AZ, Even though it was a night run and we are seniors, with great instructions we were there in no time. It is absolutely a beautiful car dealership. One look at the Dodge Dart and I was sold. Ed, my husband is far more the businessman, interested in quality and I on the other hand was looking at the best price to fit our budget. Cindy asked if we wanted to drive the car, I think then Ed was sold, this is a quality car. We are Chrysler people, Cindy, spent a great deal of time with us, and then began checking on the best deal we could get. Then Ed a very nice gentleman from the dealership sat down with us. They tried to put a package together for us, but, I had a set price in my budget mind. And though they tried hard, we left. We both felt bad, because, Cindy and Ed were wonderful to us, really trying hard to fill our wish list. But, we thank them for their time and caring way. The next morning Tom, called us and ask us to come on back. Cindy came into work on her day off. And oh Happy Day, the car was going to be ours. Of course then we had to see the Financial person, John. After going through this before I was really hesitant, but, much to my surprise. John was really helpful, he even sold Ed and I a contract that we can live with. All an all, we cannot say enough about the team you have in the newest Larry Miller Dodge in Surprise. Though we love Dodge's we never experienced the professional service and kindness we were shown. I do apologize that I do not know anyone's last name. But, truthfully we will never forget them....
