Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had Jerry and Eric were wonderful to work with. We saw the vehicle on the internet, and expected to hear a bunch of excuses why they could not honor that Jerry and Eric were wonderful to work with. We saw the vehicle on the internet, and expected to hear a bunch of excuses why they could not honor that price--but they did not play those games. They gave us the price we expected based on their advertized price. I spent maybe 2 hours total on this purchase. They were very efficient and processed the paperwork quickly. In the past I have had to waste an entire day playing the car buying games...not here. I did make the mistake of sending an email to the internet sales team. That sales manager was not happy that I did not ask for him when we arrived to look at the car. In fact, he sent me an email to this affect after our purchase because he felt I cheated him out of his commission. All I asked was is the advertized price really the price. He never did answer that question, just tried to schedule an appointment. But I guess that was enough for him to feel entitled to my money. Skip the internet team and just go see them in person. If your experience is only half as good as what I had, it will still be exponentially better than you will have with any other dealer in town! More

The Parts Department made sure to work with my to select the proper cover for my particular truck and my needs. Once the parts came in (by the way, they arrive precisely when the parts department said they would) I was able to set an appointment around my schedule and it was very prompt. I arrived at the dealership dropped off my vehicle and left for my workout. When I got back there was still a little waiting to do however when the truck rolled out it looked fantastic. When we arrived the next day after driving 4 hours from Show Low, AZ; the vehicle we had asked about was prepped and waiting in the "sold" bay. When we asked about a different vehicle, Drake easily made the transition. The vehicle we wanted was prepped quickly and the sales process went smoothly.
