Also, he explained everything to me and made me feel like he appreciates my business. In the past I felt like I was a bother and had to call to see if my car was ready and . When I went to pick it up they afterlife I was bothering them and never even said thank you. Duanne needs to be the trainer for providing.g great customer service. Helping thier clients out! I went into the dealership not knowing if I was going to even get a vehicle, but I needed on badly. I didnt feel like they put one over on me and sometimes I can be very guliable at times. I was given a good quality, gas saving and good running car for my children. First new purchase in 8 years The family was in need of a truck. Originally we were looking at used trucks, since you can typically get a vehicle with more amenities with a few mi The family was in need of a truck. Originally we were looking at used trucks, since you can typically get a vehicle with more amenities with a few miles for the price of a new stripped down base model. After some searching of what was available, Ford was priced out of consideration (aesthetically I'm not really a fan of their look either) Chevy's interior, while better than previously, is still bland and feels dated compared to the Dodge. It ultimately came down to Chevy or Dodge, leaning toward Dodge. Shopped around to get a feel for what the used market was, and landed at about 20-25k for a good used truck. The main requirement was extended cab, 4 doors preferred. A 2013 Hemi Quad cab came up checking all the boxes, and was even in the preferred color, blue. This truck was listed at 20k, great value for the money compared to what was available valley wide. But a little searching later my wife found a new tradesman, hemi, quad cab, blue instead of the typical white that the work trucks come in, listed at 22k. Now, I know we could have probably haggled the 20k used truck a little lower, but at a 2k initial, no haggle difference, including warranty, and no miles, it was a deal we couldn't ignore. Contacted the dealer and hooked up with Drake. Who was not pushy like many of the dealers that had been contacting me over the last couple of days. We individually test drove the Ram since we brought our kids, we initially just planned on checking it out and dropping the kids later to continue shopping. The dealer has a kids area with some toys and a tv, that really came in handy during the paperwork portion. After testing the 1500 work truck, we looked at a 1500 Bighorn, that was used, just to compare. The Bighorn was 4wd, had a better interior, and the suspension felt a little different, which could be contributed to the 20inch wheels and lower profile tires. Its infotainment was also better, but none of this were things we couldn't live without. Which is really the only reason I wanted to check it out, to see if there were any glaring differences between the 2011 Bighorn and the 2014 work truck that I couldn't live without. The Bighorn is obviously nicer, but nothing I couldn't live without. Most difference are easy enough to upgrade, wheels/tires, bumpers and dual exhaust and radio. I actually prefer the bench front seat and 6 seating capability over the center console. For what the truck is going to be used for(hauling/camping), the vinyl seats and rubber floor will come in handy. Although the lack of remote entry will take some getting used to. So it was settled, the 2014 was coming home. 22k was listed on the website as their no hassle price, there was a little hassle finding incentives to hit that mark, but the 22k was achieved. I came in with financing, so that part was a breeze. The entire process took about 3 hours, including 3 test drives. The only thing I would change is to have a golf cart available to drive around to see the different available models. More

I am assuming they let me have full run of the yard until I found something interesting or it was because it was already over 100 degrees outside. Once I found the truck I wanted information on I went inside and was greeted kindly, little did I know I went through the door that lead to the "pit bulls" office, but they were all very nice. A very nice salesperson came over to see if I needed help and if I wanted a water and I could tell from the "get" he was not pushy. Douglas Montgomery seemed to care about my needs and not just a sale. He listened to me the first time and I didn't have to repeat myself. I was annoyed once when I was questioned about why my 10 year old 3/4 ton diesel truck only had 69k miles on it. I was actually floored when it was suggested I may have messed with the odometer system. I guess there are people out there that would do something criminal to beat the system. But overall it was a positive experience and I would tell anyone looking for a new Dodge Ram to go see Douglas Montgomery at Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Surprise, Arizona. More

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had Jerry and Eric were wonderful to work with. We saw the vehicle on the internet, and expected to hear a bunch of excuses why they could not honor that Jerry and Eric were wonderful to work with. We saw the vehicle on the internet, and expected to hear a bunch of excuses why they could not honor that price--but they did not play those games. They gave us the price we expected based on their advertized price. I spent maybe 2 hours total on this purchase. They were very efficient and processed the paperwork quickly. In the past I have had to waste an entire day playing the car buying games...not here. I did make the mistake of sending an email to the internet sales team. That sales manager was not happy that I did not ask for him when we arrived to look at the car. In fact, he sent me an email to this affect after our purchase because he felt I cheated him out of his commission. All I asked was is the advertized price really the price. He never did answer that question, just tried to schedule an appointment. But I guess that was enough for him to feel entitled to my money. Skip the internet team and just go see them in person. If your experience is only half as good as what I had, it will still be exponentially better than you will have with any other dealer in town! More
