Working with Larry Miller Surprise was a breath of fresh air though because they seemed to understand that I was interested in taking my time and ensuring I liked the vehicle before I was ready to buy. I worked mostly with Sam but overall he and the other guys I worked with had customer service in mind not a pressure you into something attitude. I appreciated that immensely and it made me come back a few weeks later ready to buy my first car. More

I explained what I wanted, and he delivered exactly that! There was none of the typical car salesmen nonsense, just a genuine good guy who wanted to make sure at the end of the day his customers were happy. And we were beyond happy when we left. He turned such a stressful situation into a great experience, and helped us get into a vehicle that would help keep our little family safe. I would (and have) recommended JC to everybody I know! Best car buying experience we have ever had!!!!! My husband and I came in late on a Monday evening and had the pleasure of having Beth Ann help us out. She was friendly and courteous, offering us s My husband and I came in late on a Monday evening and had the pleasure of having Beth Ann help us out. She was friendly and courteous, offering us something cool to drink or fresh coffee, and assisting us with finding cars that fit our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and tolerant of our endless questions. With Beth Ann's help, we quickly found the car that we had to have, so we started the (usually tortuous) process of the paperwork. She made this step of the purchase very easy and worked with us to get to the pricing we needed. Justin, the finance gentleman, was also extremely friendly (it was now after 9:30 pm) and walked us through all of the paperwork with ease and confidence. A short time after, we had the keys, the car was beautifully detailed and we were on our way! We were almost home, and we realized we had left our garage door opener in our car that we traded in, contacted Justin and he waited for us to return so we could get it. It was now after 11 pm. I have never had such an amazing experience from start to finish purchasing a vehicle, and would never consider going anywhere else!
