Both times the service personnel kept me apprised of the scope and steps required to complete the updates. Dedicated to service After purchasing my Challenger I had a spoiler and deck stripes added to make it a little more sporty, Initially I was very upset as after I picked i After purchasing my Challenger I had a spoiler and deck stripes added to make it a little more sporty, Initially I was very upset as after I picked it up and had taken it home I noticed that the newly painted spoiler's paint was now chipped to the base where the stripes had been cut in, the deck stripes had bubbles underneath in several areas of the car, and a couple other issues that weren't right. When I called Seth I was not in the best of moods because of this and he had me bring the car right back so he could look at it. He apologized profusely for the issues and we agreed to work together to make it right and live up the Larry H. Miller name. A week or so later, after keeping me updated about the possible schedule, I dropped my car off in exchange for a loaner vehicle Seth had arranged for me so I would be able to get around. While we only expected it to be a couple days (though we both understood that as much time as needed should be taken) Seth called me around the end of day 3 to say that the spoiler was redone beautifully but he had some concerns about the stripes and would like to take a few extra days in order to take the workman's advice (whom Seth consulted before calling me) to let the vinyl settle and we could evaluate it together. I agreed and met him at the dealership a couple days later. I am now very happy! The work is beautiful and gets me many compliments, The concerns I had over not being taken care of were blown away when my new car rolled out and had been not only redone with high quality in mind but detailed to a higher standard than when I bought it. I really appreciate the time, care, and concern Seth showed when working with me and the fact that he seemed to be as upset as I was about the condition it left in the first time. He takes pride in his work as well as his company's name and I don't doubt that I will be taken care of to the highest degree when he is involved, I will not leave with streaky windows or messed up workmanship under his watchful, detail oriented eye again. He simply won't have it. Thank You More
