Best car buying experience we have ever had!!!!! My husband and I came in late on a Monday evening and had the pleasure of having Beth Ann help us out. She was friendly and courteous, offering us s My husband and I came in late on a Monday evening and had the pleasure of having Beth Ann help us out. She was friendly and courteous, offering us something cool to drink or fresh coffee, and assisting us with finding cars that fit our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and tolerant of our endless questions. With Beth Ann's help, we quickly found the car that we had to have, so we started the (usually tortuous) process of the paperwork. She made this step of the purchase very easy and worked with us to get to the pricing we needed. Justin, the finance gentleman, was also extremely friendly (it was now after 9:30 pm) and walked us through all of the paperwork with ease and confidence. A short time after, we had the keys, the car was beautifully detailed and we were on our way! We were almost home, and we realized we had left our garage door opener in our car that we traded in, contacted Justin and he waited for us to return so we could get it. It was now after 11 pm. I have never had such an amazing experience from start to finish purchasing a vehicle, and would never consider going anywhere else! We have already recommended this dealership to several people so they too can have a great experience! Way to go Larry Miller Chrysler in Surprise! You guys set the bar very high!! More

2014 Ram Truck Called Davido over the phone told him what I was looking for. 30 min later told me he found one to come in when I had time and didn't rush me. I decided to go do there but I hate dealerships cause the mostly act like vultures waiting for food. I got there tho and it was not like that at all. I just went to the front receptionist and asked for David. He came out and greeted and welcomed me. He walked me out the truck he found. loved it when I saw it. We took it for a spin. Drove great and David was very friendly and not overly agressive. Got back to the dealership and made the deal. Shortest deal I ever made. Was very very nice.
