Been to this location twice now, each time an oil change takes over two hours. The cost is always much more due to extra services that they tell you are must do fixes such as cabin filters, etc. it woul takes over two hours. I drove 4. 5 hours with a Check Engine Light to return to this dealership because I previously had excellent service. My engine was replaced by a different shop 5 hours with a Check Engine Light to return to this dealership because I previously had excellent service. My engine was replaced by a different shop and had been nothing but trouble since. This dealership helped me get the issues resolved and confidence restored in my vehicle. They were transparent about what they found, took pictures of the issues, and consulted with me at every step. Each visit, the work was completed in less time than I thought it would take. The service desk staff were friendly, respectful and honest. Christopher Spencer was my service advisor and he was excellent to work with. Communication was outstanding. I have inspected the work done by the techs and found it to be excellent quality. They documented everything they found and corrected. I find their training and expertise to be top notch. If am in the area (even half the state away) this is my go to place. More
