Seems they did not assign a representative for my service until I inquired near the end of the day and after being dropped off by appointment 8 hrs earlier. Was told that a diagnostic was needed to be run. A until I inquired near the end of the day and after being dropped off by appointment 8 hrs earlier. Was told that a diagnostic was needed to be run. At the end of the day, and not originally, was told someone was assigned but diagnostic would take 12-24 hrs. Next day was told it may be done at the end of the day, or next morning. Following day at 12:30 I was told wrong part delivered and they would get a new part the next day. Then, for some reason, around 4:00 was texted that my vehicle was ready for pick up by 5:45. Text communications were not timely and difficult to make sense of. Hard to believe the process took 3 full days. More

I've been taking my cars there for service for the last 6 years. I have not had ONE bad experience. NOT. ONE. Every time I go, they are professional, accommodating, and very nice! This last time, my car was going to require more to fix than I could afford right now, so, I just happened to check out their selection of used cars.
