Communication this time wasn’t great. My vehicle was done and I never got word it was complete. Also, my estimate was for approximately $917 and was shown as such on line but I was charge My vehicle was done and I never got word it was complete. Also, my estimate was for approximately $917 and was shown as such on line but I was charged $1179 at the dealership. The service writer was nice but could not help with the other writers incorrectly estimate so we will see how this goes. More

Brought my jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation with 7500 miles on my 2024 jeep that I’ve had for 8 months. I have not driven it on anything other than streets and freeways, no dusty, dirty, or smo with 7500 miles on my 2024 jeep that I’ve had for 8 months. I have not driven it on anything other than streets and freeways, no dusty, dirty, or smoky areas. Somehow, my cabin and air filters both are already in the “replace immediately” category. Sounds like they were not inspected before they sold me the jeep or they’re trying to get me to buy things I don’t need yet. Just saying. More
