I’m in for service every month and they have 12 people in their office cubes just endlessly scrolling a screen while 2 people actually handle the cus I’m in for service every month and they have 12 people in their office cubes just endlessly scrolling a screen while 2 people actually handle the customers. Having a fleet vehicle serviced is a mess since no one knows how to use auto-integrate. I’ll be looking for another Dealership for service. More
