I brought my 2011 Jeep in to have the transmission looked at. It is hard to shift into 2nd gear....especially when it's cold. People say that you should never take your car to the dealer to get fixed because they are always going to be more expensive. Well I would never NOT take my car to the dealer to be fixed. Let me rephrase that, I would never NOT take my car to LHM Chrylser Jeep Dogdge to be fixed. I am very hard on my car and have had several issues. The thing that I am most impressed with is that they always call me to tell me what the issue is and the price and when I go to pick it up, it never fails that the price they quoted me (that I approved) is always less than what they told me. I totally understand "estimates" but I have known other companies that they give you an estimate and will pretty much charge you the "estimated" cost that you have approved even though it might not have taken that long. It is because of the quality of service and the integrity that is shown time and time again that I will always keep coming back to this dealer. The reason I marked "good" on the quality of work was that I have an issue with a seat sensor and they fixed it and it worked good for 2 days and then it started "dinging" again. I do know though that Bryan told me he thought that it might happen again because what they fixed might not have fixed the exact problem. I also know that when I call him today, he will remember who I am and what I am talking about and that is really incredible and being in sales myself, remembering people and what they need is critical in developing trust and repeat customers. I have also worked with different people in the service department and everyone has been friendly, professional and taken care of my needs in a timely manner. More
I am not sure I can say enough about this dealership. Dave Morfin is just one awesome guy. He has spent a lot of time with me and my husband. He has sold my family 4 cars in the past several months. He is great to work with and he goes the extra mile to provide some of the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. I carry his cards with me and anyone interested in a car I try to direct them to Dave. But, I also have to compliment the rest of the dealership as well. The finance department has done some great things for me too. They have been able to get me financing on all the loans even when the circumstances were not that great. As far as the service department goes they are very quick and efficient when you come in for a service rather it be for a simple oil change or to have some parts added to a vehicle. I was recently there to have running boards put on my truck and was told it would be few hours. It was done in less than an hour and without me asking they looked up to see if any recalls or updates were needed on my truck and did them at the same time. Since I managed to back into one of the bumper poles while leaving the service area my next department will be the collison side. That department will be installing a new bumper this week and I am quite certain this department will be great as well. The only thing I would say about this department is all of your quotes are higher than anyone else in town. My husbands truck was damaged and we ended up going some where else becasue the prices were very different. But, that would be my only downside to this dealership and that downside would never make me not want to buy future vehicles. I received a coupon so the price was great on the oil change. It took longer than I was expecting because I had made an appointment so I thought I would have gotten in and out quicker than I did.
