I have to say I guess my visit was your typical used car buying experience. Brice was a good guy. But when your promised something and it doesn't get delivered you get a little upset. We have to come in a few days later to finish with the docs. Then I was told that the terms of the loan had changed. Nobody called me and explained the situation. So the finance guy ( who seemed to be a nice guy) valiantly heads into the fishbowl where all the decisions are made. Returns miraculously with the agreed terms we had originally agreed to. Its interesting how the numbers are played with to ensure MAXIMUM commissions to be paid. I've learned a lot about buying a vehicle. Don't ever go into a Dealership with a payment amount. Between sales and finance they will raise the price of the vehicle, manipulate the terms to keep the the payment where you want it but make sure they get their cut. Its a big game. And I wasn't real impressed. With that being said. My "oil change due" warning is on. And I think someone was supposed to call me and set up a complete detail due to some brush marks on the truck but that hasn't happened yet. More

My car had been take to another dearler 2 different times. They had my car for over a week. I was told they wasn't a problem. I knew there was a problem and requested my car be taken to Larry H Miller times. They had my car for over a week. I was told they wasn't a problem. I knew there was a problem and requested my car be taken to Larry H Miller. It was taken there one morning and by mid day I hade received a call letting me know they had found the problem and what was needed to fix the problem. The car was fixed and ready for me that afternoon. BrIan was great to explain the problem a keep me informed as to nwhat was going on with my car. I was so greatful he found the problem because the other dealer made me feel stupid. They kept telling there was no problem and there was nothing they could do. Brian never made me feel that way. Cascade Collision Repair shop was the company I was working with for repair work due to an accident. They would take my car to a local dealer for repair work and they did the body work. They were very impressed with the way they were treated when they deleivered and picked up my car. Great Job! More
