Our initial experience was great, but they called 5 DAYS later and said there was a problem with our lease. When I went in to discuss options, I found out my payment would be going up. This was upsetting, later and said there was a problem with our lease. When I went in to discuss options, I found out my payment would be going up. This was upsetting, especially because my husband was out of town. The next day, I found out I had a nail in my tire, and I needed a new one. The service department was VERY unpleasant, and were unwilling to help me. In fact, she told me I had to wait until Wednesday to get my car in. I ended up coming and buying a new tire from the dealership, and going to Good Year Tire to get it installed. After buying a brand new car from a dealership, I would expect they would have better service than this. Overall, I love my car, but I was disappointed in the lapse of time between the initial purchase, and the call saying there was a problem. As for the service department, that experience was awful, especially after all of the prior events. More
