Brought my Pacifica in for alignment. When I called I Brought my Pacifica in for alignment. When I called I asked the price and was quoted $79.00. When I went to pay for it the price was $99.00. I just suggest that they let you know that the lower price is for 2 wheel drive and the higher price is for All Wheel Drive. I would not have been surprised. Also, I have owned my Pacifica for 9 years and I really like my car. BUT, No one has ever told me that you need to get an alignment everytime you get new tires. As a result I just put my FIFTH set of new tires on this week. This is only the second time that the car has been aligned in nine years! I couldn't figure it out till now. No one could even tell me what schedule there if for that service at Larry Miller or the place I purchased the tires! Why would that be? Especially since I have asked? I suggest you try to be more proactive with information. Thanks More
