Mostly OK. I needed an oil change and asked the dealership NOT to rotate my tires. Full of false promises and very dishonest Received a trade in value online and found the vehicle online with an online price. They wouldn't honor either price when I showed up in person. The price difference from online to in person was a difference of $6,125.00. They wouldn't budge at all on the numbers and the vehicle was also a DEMO and that hadn't been disclosed. I even mentioned it was a DEMO with 3500 miles and asked about a credit for that. I was told by my salesman that the guys hiding behind the glass won't budge. But, if I wanted a lower monthly payment, they would work with me on that! It's not about the monthly payment guys, it's about honoring what you have posted and treating people decent. I left feeling like I had just worked with a bunch of vultures who were banking on me being stupid because I was in love with a vehicle. End result.... they lost a sale and a customer for life! More
