took my 2021 ram truck in for its second year of in-warranty service. they wanted to charge $500 to put back a plastic cover on the vent that fell off the back of the cab, saying it was "not covered in-warranty service. they wanted to charge $500 to put back a plastic cover on the vent that fell off the back of the cab, saying it was "not covered under the warranty". additionally, they said they had fixed the recall that i was down in Albuquerque to have taken care of, but it now transpires weeks later that they did NOT do the recall, just ordered a part. i have been told the part cannot be sent to Santa Fe (which is much nearer to me) so i can get the recall taken care off there. so basically i drove all the way to Albuquerque to waste time and money. there is nothing good to say about this dealership. NOTHING. it's a total run around dealing with them. i have had service reps hang up on me. i have been belittled in the store. misogyny runs rife in this place, you'd better be a 6 foot dude else it's a hopeless cause. my learning experience from this charade is NEVER NEVER NEVER get an extended warranty. the original warranty is a total joke, so who would care about extending it. just about everyone i talk to who has dealt with Larry H Miller says it's a xxxx show. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Horrible and extremely slow service and does not respond back when items missing from vehiicle. Management doesn't seem to care. Better walk to them when they ready to rotate your tires if you have a key f back when items missing from vehiicle. Management doesn't seem to care. Better walk to them when they ready to rotate your tires if you have a key for locking lug nuts. It seems to disappear and they claim they put it back in vehicle. Management has had 2 days to call back but I'm guessing they too busy dealing with other dissatisfied customers? Yes, I realize the item is not that expensive but you lost it and should replace it rather than acting like it's a gold brick. More

The Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk has been serviced like clockwork and even received the suggest 60k mile maintenance. 7k miles later the drivetrain started lagging and knocking when downshifting. We immediatly scheduled an appt with the service dept. We had been thinking of trading it in for something with better towing so we had reviewed its relative tradein and even spoke with LHM about this. It has been in the service department for a month and a half with no ETA on repair. We were told by Howard that it is likely the Power Transfer Unit and we are just barely outside warrenty. Repairs will be a few thousand If and When they get to it. We called to see about trading it in. The Kelly blue book, Edmonds, etc all show it at approx 20-24k trade taking the 68800 milage and good condition. we barely owe 24k and have never missed a payment with good credit. When we spoke with them today they offered us 12k and raised the cost of repairs exponentially. We still have zero ETA on repairs and now anticipate multiples of the original estimate. When we asked what they could do to make this right they told us we could tow it somewhere else. Two new vehicles loyal service history and friend recommendations for many other purchases. We were looking at a 50K new truck and perhaps another vehicle next year like a SUV. If you want respect, quality, and professional dealership experience may I suggest to you, keep looking and don't do business with Larry H Miller. More

Absolutely THE WORST! They have ZERO knowledge of the HYBRID. DO NOT BUY a hybrid from this dealership. I'm out 1200 in rental cars with ZERO resolution on the problem. Later provided a $2000 estimate, turns out warranty ran out (17,000 miles on the odometer - but whatever). Refused the repairs. Given $198 bill in order to get my keys back for what should have been a free multi-point inspection. Was never informed or consented to paid diagnostic. Was thanked for "not yelling" when I mentioned I was upset and shouldn't be charged. Paid anyway, figuring maybe I could be the squeaky wheel - perhaps get an oil change and tire rotation for free (I haven't used the 3 free ones from buying the PHEV yet since I still have oil life left on the van's computer). Provided service manager six months to reply, that has now passed, so sharing here. As for the "leak" the coolant system was said to have? I haven't lost any fluid since then, it's always in my garage - I'd have seen fluid, or seen the level drop - I'm going with bad diagnostic. My $200 diagnostic wasn't requested, approved, not the free multi-point advertised online, and turns out - not even accurate. Hoping to get a lesson learned here, we'll see what happens next. More
The issues are related to the Service and Finance departments: They overcharged us $500 for a Grand Cherokee we bought there by forgetting the down payment at closing. Then the service department sma departments: They overcharged us $500 for a Grand Cherokee we bought there by forgetting the down payment at closing. Then the service department smashed into one of the doors during the car's inspection and mounted the wrong rear wiper blade which made it inoperational though the paperwork stated it had passed inspection. As a consequence, the car was in the shop for 2 weeks. The body shop did a great job though. The AC fan needs replacing which that had known all along. Yet the part wasn't available when picking it up. So the car will have to go back once more for that. On the other hand, Jordan Adams, our salesmanm did a great job navigating through these pitfalls, and he is very knowledgeable about the cars and their features. He had the car detailed and filled up with gas twice, at the initial sale and after the body work. More
I had my 2019 Ram 2500 towed to the dealership to repair my right front wheel and axle assemble during a move from Oklahoma to Nevada. I received a text for the repair requirements and authorization to perf my right front wheel and axle assemble during a move from Oklahoma to Nevada. I received a text for the repair requirements and authorization to perform the repairs. The list included 2 major parts not in stock. 2 days later I received a text stating the repairs were complete. As this seemed a little fast, I have been attempting to have someone call or email me with some question I have for 5 days without success. I am over 1000 miles away and have to make travel arrangements to receive my vehicle. I also had a service person hang up on me when I request to speak to the service manager. Is it so difficult to return a phone call? More
