Thank you kindly, Anthony. I appreciate you looking into this as the new GM of this Jeep dealership. The engine light is on in our car right now. So it will be back in the shop next Tuesday, April 11. Jordan told us the AC fan spare part is still not in. It's been many many weeks now. Baffling. May I make the suggestion to perhaps order it from another Jeep dealer then? Is there an issue with Mopar? We don't know, but maybe you could use your clout to get us back the car with everything finally working. Many thanks! Christian
