The dealership was clean. The service person greeted me in a short amount of time. I was there for an oil change. I had a great experience with Trey and Tim Wharton as well as Will Real. They were able to meet me on all the requests I had from pricing on the new vehicle we purchased to being able to buy our vehicle well as Will Real. They were able to meet me on all the requests I had from pricing on the new vehicle we purchased to being able to buy our vehicle that we were selling. They all did everything they could to work out a deal that was good for everyone. The only thing I would change is the time it took to negotiate the price on the new vehicle. I was there for three hours at one point. More
Tom Abbin (Service Representative) was great. Very pleaseant and informative. Service was done in a very timely manner. Was going to leave and come back but the waiting room was very comfortable and r pleaseant and informative. Service was done in a very timely manner. Tom explained additional services I needed which I will definitely have done at LHM in the future and will ask for Tom if available as my S.R. Had a coupon at another business for a oil change but by the time I had it done and the extra stop and wait I just could of had it done there for the same cost and saved myself the additional hassle. Even the same brand of oil which I prefer. Will know better next time. Thank You again for the excellent service. More
Great new car buying experience. My goals for a monthly payment were met and I never felt pressured at anytime. I wanted to compare different models and of course I picked the one day that included a huge payment were met and I never felt pressured at anytime. I wanted to compare different models and of course I picked the one day that included a huge rainstorm. Larry Miller has an area that the cars can be drive inside (not the showroom) and you can compare them side by side. I thought that was very well done. All in all a great experience and I would recommend Mike and Larry Miller to anyone looking for a new car. More
I came into your dealership wanting to look at the Dodge Journey. Tim was there bright and early on a Sunday morning to help my family and I with the questions we had. I was able to test drive the Journey I ended up purchasing that day and was given an offer letter to take with me and look over. There was never a sense of urgency from Tim. He allowed me to take my time in making the decision and once I had decided to purchase the Journey, Tim came in on his day off to process the paperwork and get me set up right. I appreciate the work he put in for me and will highly recommend im to any family/friends I have who are looking for a vehicle. More
I would have given a better reveiw but I wasn't able to ask questions about what was done to my truck at the time because I wasn't given any paper describing what was done to my truck. I know that it was in for 3 recalls and a tire pressure sensing issue. Hope it was all resolved. Next time it would be nice to be able to ask questions and discuss it with the mechanic that worked on it. More

We gave the Rating of 5 for the following reasons. Sam Nour spent a lot of time showing us several vehicles the week prior to us even buying a car. Sam treated us like we were his only customer and made Nour spent a lot of time showing us several vehicles the week prior to us even buying a car. Sam treated us like we were his only customer and made sure that we were getting what we wanted for a price we could not refuse. Carmela ensured we were well informed about our financing options and did not try to pressure us in to buying any plans but took the time to explain our options. This was the least painful new car buying experience we have ever had. For once we did not feel pressured or that we were getting taken to the cleaners. We have never owned a Dodge before, and are glad that we stopped in to just look, and are glad we met Sam. We hope the customer service continues and you may have converted a devoted GM family. More
