Jon Jon was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and patient. During our test drive he explained about all the new and important features of the vehicle (200)we were interested in buying. His knowledge of the 200 was endless...or so it seemed! He arranged for a test drive of a used 300 and compared many of the features. During the negotiations for purchase options he was patient and helpful, upon approval, he made arrangements to have another feature put on the vehicle and offered a loaner vehicle the day it was installed. Chris McCrary was very accommodating as he handled the contract/paperwork for the loaner in Jon Jon's absence the morning I took the car in for the automatic ignition. All of the sales staff were helpful, opening doors (when it would not have been noticed if they hadn't), offering to help if there was an expression of concern or question, there is a refreshment center and entertainment center are available to customers with two very nice large screen TVs are available, there are computer stations with internet as well as a spacious seating area with high and low chairs for discussion...a very nice facility. He was very helpful with the new media center and took the time to help me log in my cell phone xxx well as explain the various features. I have the CD/DVD with all of this information, but nothing replaces the added assurance that another human being can give with an introduction to all the new things that come along with a new purchase. Jon Jon personally saw to it that my vehicle was in pristine condition; the windows were crystal clear and the interior immaculate....he treated my vehicle as if it belonged to his own family. wow. When I picked it up, my handshake turned into a genuine hug of appreciation. Jon Jon's attire is very professional and classy, he greets his customers with a smile and is always kind. Joshua worked very hard to find us the truck we wanted. He demonstrated an extreem customer care attitude. His knowledge of the various truck lines and packages was outstanding! It was a great experience just working the deal, then the price was $2000.00 better than I had hoped. There were several ways I could pay for the oil change I came in for. Sean analyzed all the options and found the cheapest and reccomended that option. My Jeep is an older model, 1998. I purchased it Used, from a local dealership where I have continued to have it serviced since purchase. Whenever I plan a trip, usually to CO and usually involving mount from a local dealership where I have continued to have it serviced since purchase. Whenever I plan a trip, usually to CO and usually involving mountain driving, I have the vehicle inspected by the dealer so that any problems can be taken care of before I travel. I have owned, and driven, a Jeep since 1990 and have dealt with other dealerships while living in other states. Due to my experiences with the previous local dealership I have lost confidence in them and have been looking for a new dealership. More than once a problem has surfaced in the first 60 miles of my trip, after being told the vehicle was fine, causing me to leave the vehicle for repair in another state and rent a car to continue on my trip. The last time this happened, I had specifically requested that the brakes be given close attention. I had to leave the Jeep in Trinidad CO, with the Toyota dealer, while I rented a car to finish my trip. That dealer corrected the problem with the brakes and a couple of others that should have been noticed on the inspection before I left. I was really frightened of what could have happened on I-70 west of Denver if I had continued my trip in my Jeep. Now, though I never want to drive that highway again, I feel I could take my Jeep to CO with no problems. My experience at Larry H Miller was that the people are professional and interested in good service so you will continue to return. Thank you all very much. More
Problem was not rectified. The cars FCw is malfunctioning causing vehicle downshift to 1st or second gear at speed resulting in a severe safety hazard.
