I needed service done on the truck and after the multi point inspection they noticed it needed brakes. After given the price, I was worried about not being able to afford it. The service writer did his best and got approval to get a discount for me. That means a lot. It tells me the dealer is looking out for the customer and not their own pocket. More
3rd time is charm with this service department. 2.5 hours for a Synthetic oil change which apparently turns out to only be a synthetic blend rather than full synthetic. Verified the part number listed for the oil with the parts dept. The person that checked me in asked if the vehicle I brought in was associated with another individual and I said no that I bought the vehicle used. You think he would have changed the info for the owner in the system. Nah, didn't happen. So when the vehicle was ready, they call for that individual but of course they don't respond because....they weren't there . I had to inquire with the lady calling out the name if it was a red 2017 jeep Cherokee .....Yup, you guessed it, my vehicle. Finally get to depart and then after getting home I look over the service ticket, the original owners name, address ,phone number and email address is still on the ticket. Wonder how she'd feel knowing I have this info? Then to top it off, the mileage listed coming in was 10k more than the odometer. So a little trip back to the service department was needed to get the ticket corrected for records for warranty purposes. No one seemed really too pleased to correct the issue but we did get it corrected. Then when asking about the type of oil used, I was told to check with parts dept. When I approached the counter, the guy was too busy on phone to be bothered and had the attitude that it was an inconvenience and bother to answer my question but he did say the oil was synthetic blend then realized the service ticket said synthetic and tried to change his answer. When ya pay for a service you expect decent honest service. Time for us to go elsewhere More
Worse dealership I have ever encountered go to Melloy Dodge. I bought a 2022 Ram 2500 Diesel it started lunging forward took it in and they said it was normal. To make a long story short I went to litigation with Chrysler which took 10 months!!!!! They sent a technician to Melloy Dodge and had my truck fixed in 1 day. I had some oil changes that were already paid for and was told when purchasing that you can just come in and it won’t take more than 1/2 hour I came yesterday and was told it’s better to make an appointment!?!? So I made an appointment for today and they said it would take 3 hours??? I saw the manager he said he would see what he could do You can’t win with theses guys it’s horrible. Completely dysfunctional. Save yourself a whole lot of head ache and go somewhere else More

Since I still haven't gotten a response or anything from anybody that works here even the GM. I'm writing this review. On November 5th I purchased a used 2019 Nissan Titan XD. I got it with the check engine anybody that works here even the GM. I'm writing this review. On November 5th I purchased a used 2019 Nissan Titan XD. I got it with the check engine light, and my salesman Michael Hart said it was just the batteries needing to be replaced but the code was for glow plugs. He said they already had the batteries, but the service department was closed at the time. 4 days later I was able to get the truck back to change out the batteries, once I got back home the same day the check engine light came back on for Glow plugs. So needing to get this issue fixed on the truck It started with me having to go out of MY way and get in contact with THERE PEOPLE because my salesman wasn't in at the time. Told me just talk to theses people. Ummmm ok?? I'll go out of my way to make sure my truck gets seen by you guys since now at this point the Michael Hart didn't care about anything to do with the truck or his customer after he sold it. So getting in contact with Jude the used car manager. Me not being mad what so ever, and being very professional at first talking to him since he had little to no idea except for the "batteries needing to be replaced" he immediately got defensive with me. Then both of use are getting mad at each other. They had nothing available for me to get a loner so my days are ticking for this 15 day 500 mile warranty! Not hearing from him for a week still calling my salesman and him still giving me the work around to contact Jude my self! Now this really shows he didn't care at all for anything relating to me and the truck at that point. So eventually on the 15th after trying with him for a week to get a loner before I take it so I can go back and forth to work, and daycare. I finally told him I'm not getting off the phone until you can help me so we can get this issue fixed with the truck and the loner before my 15 days warranty goes and I can't get it fixed. A hour later on the phone he said the next day I could come in to drop off the truck and get a loner. November 16th I dropped off the truck. It's 1 day away from being a month and haven't gotten and answers or hear ANYTHING in general about the truck back from my salesman he keeps telling me over the phone and text he's not in or busy and doesn't know and will find out the next day. The service department doesn't have anything on my vehicle either I can't get answers from anyone. I call the main number and everyone I talk to asks what's your sales guy, or his number, or his name and says he'll get back or they don't know anything about my truck. At this point Honestly I just want my original truck back the 2013 F150 Ecoboost that I traded in and the 3,000 dollars I put down on it since nobody can seem to respond to me about anything! You guys have had this truck for a month I've made a Payment on it this isn't right make it right and give me my original trade in back and my down payment I put down I will not be accepting this xx with this 2019 Nissan titan XD anymore. I will also not go out of my way to contact the GM knowing you will see this Anthony until you can give me back my original truck More
