First thing, I LOVE my jeep!!! Second, Zak Ruiz was amazing.He answered all of our questions and knew EVERYTHING about the jeep. I would highly recommend the dealership. Moving out of state, I took my 2005 Jeep in for service. All fluids changed including differential, transmission, etc. towed the Jeep to our new home. Drove about 50 miiles and started making bad noise in x All fluids changed including differential, transmission, etc. towed the Jeep to our new home. Drove about 50 miiles and started making bad noise in xfer case. Took it to Jeep dealer and found that there was no oil in the transfer case. Called service manager at L H Miller and he laughed at me. Dealer here said it was negligent and that he would replace it if they had done it. Talked to CRC, chrysler response center, but they are useless, too. Couldn't do anything because L H Miller is "independent." found out, they all are. $1080oil change +$1500 transfer case change? Expensive experience. Never again. Caveat Emptor. Larry H. miller does not stand by its customers. Hope you don't have any issues. Forget it if you do. More

As a matter of fact that type of approach is what usually sends me out the door and on to another dealership. Our salesperson, Deb Stevens understood this and did not play games. She was open and straight forward. I cannot complement her enough. She is the second such sales person like that I had worked with that day, the other also from a Larry H. Miller owned dealership. Whatever the sales team is taught and told concerning customer service works. You have a great philosophy when it comes to customer service and seem to be able to identify and hire the right kind of person to represent you. Great Job! I had a great experience when I went in to get my jeep serviced. I did an oil change as well as a recall service. The service technicians got me in right away and began work. Shawn informed me periodicall serviced. I did an oil change as well as a recall service. The service technicians got me in right away and began work. Shawn informed me periodically through my wait what they were in the process of and how much longer it would be. The service was quicker than I anticipated and everyone in the service area was really friendly and nice. I was done earlier than anticipated and was able to continue on with my day and its tasks, no interruption. I don't usually have a good experience when taking my vehicle into a dealership but this one was a great one. More
I had to be at the VA hospital within one hour. Perry met me and got me into the shop ASAP. Once in the shop Levi got right to work and everything was completed in less than 30 minutes. I had been in the market for a new van. I visited many brands and models...from Toyota Sienna to Class B vans... I then drove to Albuquerque and looked at the Toyotas, Chevrolets, Nissans and class Bs a brands and models...from Toyota Sienna to Class B vans... I then drove to Albuquerque and looked at the Toyotas, Chevrolets, Nissans and class Bs at Vantastic Vans. By chance, I stopped at your Dodge place and low and behold, I am driving the Grand Caravan. Lenny worked extra hard and SOLD ME THE VAN....great "all around" salesman. Then, as he dealt with Thomas, I appreciated Thomas' consideration on a price I was willing to pay. After I met him, he too was extra special and such an inspiration. Finally to finish it all, met Carmela to do the final paper work. She was beautiful, patient, knowledgable, professional yet so down to earth and friendly. I walked out of there after 10:00pm... They were tired but never complained and the three struck me as very loyal people. Thank you for having great employees.. More

I felt his sincereity. I have never met this gentleman, or Mr. Hill. I was not hasseld or taking for granted. So that was a nice experience. Mr Hill, explained the sale transaction, while talking about our lives, so it felt nice. Why, am I talking time from my weekend, to write this, Because, we have forgotten customer service, and when we see it, we need to applaud it, welcome it and appreciate it. Thanks. More
Overall we had a good experience with Eric, but the other person (dont remember his name) was not enjoyable to deal with.
