The rating that we gave were 5 because we felt comfortable with the salesperson and the financing department. We did not feel pressured and the atmosphere was plesant. I contacted the dealership on the internet and was told they would be folling up with me. The next day I visited the dealership walked the lot for 10 min no one even gave me the time of day. I then walked back across the parking lot and drove off while I was leaving I saw a salesperson and his response was (what do you want me to do!) I then contactd the internet people again and was told I would here from someone asap. I then called sales MGR. Flip left message no response!!WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERENCE!! NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!! More

Everyone that we were in contact with were very friendly and willing to give you the best price possible on our new vehicle and therefore when we left the dealership we felt that we had not been taken advan and willing to give you the best price possible on our new vehicle and therefore when we left the dealership we felt that we had not been taken advantage of. I had a great experience with your staff and the speed of service, I was disappointed that it wasn't completed with the car wash that is listed on the contract for the one year LOF service I purchased. There is a sign above there work station on the specific service. I'm not mad, just. Wing honest. LMD is still my favorite dealership, just ask Mike Swies, we've purchased 3 vehicles from him the past four years and we like your dealership. I was pleased with the service now. Previously displeased as an oil change was not done because a pack rat filled half the rear engine area. They should have told me, but released the vehicle as if the change was done. I checked the oil, dirty, took it back and mgr agreed then the changed the oil. With about 17,000 miles on the truck I was told that the factory recommended changing all the gear oil, about $200. I had it done but was thinking it questionable. The manual recommends early change for heavy duty use, which it was apparent not the case for my truck. Nor was I asked about usage. Subsequent work was done at Melloy and Jiffy lube. This is the first time I returned based on a positive from a friend who has 2 Dodge/Ram vehicles. I will return because your dealership is closer, but I will remain vigalent. More

Positive: I left with a generally very positive view of LHM's Lomas service staff and facility. Negative: At my next stop I discovered that both the remote door lock and trunk release on the key-fob weren't functioning. My first guess was a low battery but I was unwilling to leave the vehicle unlocked while I went to purchase a battery. And even if I got a battery I had no way to open the fob to install it. I left a message with the person who answered Mr Allen's cell number but after waiting about 15 minutes I decided to just return to the dealership and wait for an opening in the service schedule. I learned afterward that when I brought the vehicle in for the oil change the porter who parked it noticed that the remote door lock button was not working but apparently didn't pass along that info. Although this small oversight ultimately "cost" me moderate frustration and about 1 1/2 hours of "lost time" in my morning LHM's service team ultimately came through. Positive: When I arrived back at the dealership I was greeted promptly by a friendly sales rep, who alerted Mr Courtney in the Service Dept. Mr Courtney was very prompt, friendly, and helpful. The vehicle was taken immediately to have the fob checked out. The problem (low battery) was correctly diagnosed and a new battery installed. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Before buying my Jeep two days ago from Mark's Casa, I had gone to Larry H. Miller on Wyoming, and their employee Dominic had not only lost my driver's license as I took a test drive, but then he had the had gone to Larry H. Miller on Wyoming, and their employee Dominic had not only lost my driver's license as I took a test drive, but then he had the gall to tell me that he had given it back to me and I had lost it. It had fallen out of his pocket somehow during the drive, and I got my driver's license back about a week later once they cleaned the car out and found it. I would recommend Mark's Casa any day of the week over the lazy, unfriendly employees at Larry H. Miller. They lost my business, and they lost the business of everyone that I might refer to. I ended up buying my new Grand Cherokee Laredo X two days ago from Mark's Casa Jeep, and the experience was great. More
