Found it very respectful that when I had to discuss things with my husband, Dwight would walk away and give me privacy. He was not pushy - was respectful and not at all rude. I called the dealership for service and got a friendly service advisor on the phone who helped me schedule an appointment. When I arrived for service I was greeted by a friendly service advisor who took m service advisor on the phone who helped me schedule an appointment. When I arrived for service I was greeted by a friendly service advisor who took my information. After a while the advisor came to me to discuss what was found. He told the mechanic what we discussed and he went to work on my truck. A while later the friendly mechanic came to me to discuss my service issues in detail. Overall, I was very impressed with each person I dealt with at the dealership. What a professional organization. Thank you. What a breath of fresh air to work with a dealership like yours. More

I came in knowing which car I wanted and the numbers that were necessary to make the deal work for me. Simon was great! He listeed to us and showed us vehicles that met our needs. Price negotiations were straightforward and timely - no long waits. I felt that as first Item of business we should have been present was the actual price of the vehicle we had ordered as we only recieved a quote at the time we ordering. When the price was finally discussed there were many discrepancies to the paperwork which made it appear as the sales manager was trying to increase the price or just picking numbers out of the air to try and justify the increase to the cost of vehicle. Mr. Nour constantly had to go to his manager for explanations. clearly he was not authorized to negoiate the matter on his own. It would have been appropriate for the sales manager to sit in on this negoiation especially as there were so many discrepancies and questions. In the end we settled for a price which was $500 more than we had expected to pay. We were offered other no incentives only excuses and apologies. The bright spot of the whole experince was dealing with Mr. Sam Nour. Had it not been for his friendly, knowledgeable, attitude we would not have picked Larry Miller for our purchase. The gaggle of salespersons around the front door to the establishment is enough to put off most buyers. You are attacked before you are even out of your car. This was never the case with Sam. He was always polite, helpful and never aggressive to the sale and even offered good advice on what particular vehicle would best meet our needs. More
Very poor service, during a recall of the rear lower control arms the technicians forgot to put on 4 of 5 lugnuts on rear wheel, which was discovered only after hearing a clanking from the rear while dr control arms the technicians forgot to put on 4 of 5 lugnuts on rear wheel, which was discovered only after hearing a clanking from the rear while driving on a dirt road. The positive was they drove 40 minutes to install the lugnuts, but did not bring a jack or intend to inspect for any damage prior to departing. After driving further, we noticed popping noise after going over bumps. Upon inspection at home, I noticed a nut on the replaced rear LCA was loose to the point I could take it off. We drove over 80 miles before I finally discoved the loose nut, and 40 before we discoved the lugs. LHM's negligence had we not discovered it when we did could have easily caused a rollover resulting in serious injury or death. When informed of the LCA, they failed to respond to any messages. More
Deb & Jose were not pushy; they listened to what I wanted. I went in prepared, knowing what I was willing to pay for a new Wrangler, and what I knew my trade-in was worth.
