Sean was my Service Manager. He listened to what I needed and made sure it was taken care of. I spent more that I had wanted, but left with a great running car, which should keep me going, trouble fr needed and made sure it was taken care of. I reviewed the charges and they are inline with what I expect for the work performed. Sean always answered my calls in a professional and friendly manner. He also returned my calls promptly. My car was finished on time and delivered to me as stated by Sean. I have a slight simmer after tire rotation and Sean immediately wanted the car back to correct. Excellent response! Will continue to do business with them. In fact, I plan to take my wife's car for service. More
I was talking back and forth with Deb through email. When I arrived at the dealership, Galvin greeted me and immediately started asking me questions about my needs. Simon was excellent in his sales presentation. At no time did we feel pressured and he went over in detail the features of the vehicle we purchased. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango early in December. I drove 3 hours to this dealership. The following week I had to bring the Durango back to have a few new parts installed as well as fix the broken ceil drove 3 hours to this dealership. The following week I had to bring the Durango back to have a few new parts installed as well as fix the broken ceiling clip and inspect some paint defects on the rear bumper. This is where all of the trouble started. Multiple parts that I ordered were not ordered by the dealership which meant I had to make another 3 hour trip each way. On top of that I had to bring the vehicle back into have the bumper repainted. The dealership seemed interested in selling me the vehicle and then washing their hands off it afterwards. I was given the wrong company's name that had my parts. I was not given a loaner car as agreed to. The sales department was annoyed by this situation and would not talk to me, let alone help me. I made another 3 hour trip to have the bumper repainted. Originally this was to be complete by Friday the 21st. I received a call Friday and was told that my Durango would be ready first thing on the 22nd so I should come in at 2 PM. I drove another 3 hours and showed up at 2 PM only to find out that my vehicle would not be ready until the 27th now as the dealership was having a Christmas Party and was closing at 5 PM on the 22nd. The dealership finally agreed to have the vehicle ready on the 22nd. The paint shop came and picked me up and I waited until 7 PM to receive a partially complete paint job, not to mention that during the process, I have a brand new scratch on a completely different part of my Durango. My Durango was also supposed to have an air deflector and splash guards installed by the dealership. This did not happen. The dealership also did not fill up the Durango with a tank of gas as agreed and when I tried calling all of my contacts at the dealership, I still have not received any responses. This has been and absolute nightmare and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. The above does not cover everything, just a portion of the issues I have experienced. More
I have bought two new Overlands in the past 2 years and both times the experience has been exceptional. I feel I get a fair price, the sales staff are patient and kind and genuinely seem to what to make yo both times the experience has been exceptional. I have recommended LHM to friends for both new car purchases as well as for the service department which also gets high marks from me. Of course, the Jeep lives up to its reputation and I will likely be a loyal Jeep owner from here on out. Thanks! More
