This dealership can't be this BAD for us and so WONDERFUL for the rest! So obviously, they do away with the bad reviews! Let's see how long my statement stays up here. I have a son, who knew exactly what he wanted when we walked in. We ordered the car. Since the sale was made and he had his sale then he had no use for us anymore. The car came in 2 weeks before my son was able to pick it up, so all check points should have been made. Right? Well we picked it up, there was a dent on the brand new car, but Dwight was so busy making sales, he admitted not being able to check out the car like he should have and didn't see the dent. His own words, mind you! But they said to have it fixed on my son's time, pay for it and they would reimburse us. But wouldn't give anything in writing. My son lives in Iowa, a storm was coming so he left early Sunday to beat the bad storm. During his trip, he found out the washer pump was empy while driving in a snow storm with 60 mile winds. His windsheild was muddy and full of slush. Scary, right.....and no washer fluid. So he gets off the freeway, buys washer fluid, gets back into the car and proceeds to find out it still isn't pumping out any fluid!!!! Scary again!!! I call the dealer, tell them my story and they tell me to stop by any dealer and get it fixed. He's trying to get home, on the road, with many hours of driving left to do and he needs to find a dealer!!!!!! They let this brand new car off the lot in not working order. I get Flip, gen mgr of sales. He doesn't call me back all day, so I call back. He tells me he talked to my husband and didn't feel the need to call me. But I'm the one who called him. Does he blow me off because I'm a female, a mother and thinks he doesn't need to call me back after he says he would????? Can you believe this!!!! So now I'm waiting for the general manager to call me back..........what would you do???? I had my only child, in a snow storm that was unable to get crap off his windsheild so he could see. And they don't feel like this is a big deal! It's huge. What if my son got into an accident. He was stressed from this experience and I can't get anyone to call me back. This is the type of customer service I have received, so far. What's next?? More

The reason for my visit to the dealer was for a power train warrenty inspection. The associate, Tim Montoya, was most accomodating & helpful. I was helped as soon as I pulled up. Nathan Johnson came out to get all my information on my Jeep and as always, he was so friendly and he made sure all my questions and concerns were taken care of. I can n out to get all my information on my Jeep and as always, he was so friendly and he made sure all my questions and concerns were taken care of.
