I received a recall notice from Dodge, arranged a time for the work to be performed and arrived a little early for the appointment. I wanted to talk about a couple of items concerning my personal experience with the issues surrounding the recall notice. Mr. Perry Coleman was very professional and personable from the start. We discussed everything I wanted to cover and he was very knowledgeable regarding this particular recall. Everything about this service of the recall went flawlessly and was the best experience I've had at a dealership service department in a very long time. My Dodge truck was having some issues so I called the dealership to set up an appointment. I explained what was going on and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. It's nice to be able to finish a sentence when describing an issue. When Sean called me back with the diagnosis and when it would be finished I was happy it wasn't going to be a drawn out situation. I called the dealer and explained that I had an unexpected trip to Albuquerque and I wanted to see if I could get work done on my Grand Caravan, I would be traveling with my family and would need unexpected trip to Albuquerque and I wanted to see if I could get work done on my Grand Caravan, I would be traveling with my family and would need some form of transportation while I was there. Mr Coleman was able to schedule me a time, listened to my concerns with the van and had a car ready for me. The diagnosis I had received on a prior visit was not entirely correct, Perry kept in contact with me and kept me abreast of what would be needed, cost as well as probable time of completion. He discussed options with me and worked with our needs. More

NO sales integrity much less honesty. Came in to look at a minivan and possibly trade in our car. We told them our price range and what model/year we wanted, initially David did show us something near our p a minivan and possibly trade in our car. We told them our price range and what model/year we wanted, initially David did show us something near our price range, then said he had a better model for just a couple thousand more - turned out to be 5 thousand more! We didn't agree to buy anything but wanted to see what kind of numbers he could come up with for both vans taking the factory rebate, trade-in and a voucher for EP pricing into account. It was taking way to long for crunching inventory numbers and discounts. That's when they used our trade-in vehicle to hold us hostage when we wanted to walk (had to ask for the key back several times), plus offered us less than peanuts for the trade in (for which Melloy Dodge gave us $2000 more) then several different managers plus Dave (whom we'd been assured we WOULDN'T have to deal with again!) bugged us by phone for 2 days with a too-good-to-be-true deal - they refused to explain just how they got that low. (turns out they were leaving out Tax-Title-License) To top it all off - found out this morning the sales rep ran a credit inquiry WITHOUT our express permission!!! Better Business Bureau, here I come! BIG thanks to Melloy Dodge for getting us a good, honest deal on the same van without all the hassle! (Let's see how long this review stays up) More
