Brought in my jeep wrangler 2020 Rubicon for a violent wobbling while driving down the freeway, made an appointment to have it checked out. My advisor, Mr. Howard Courtney, was very helpful. He gave me an Uber ride to back-and-forth from the dealership to my apartment and back to the dealership to pick up my jeep. Unfortunately, there was no part for the steering dampener, so he ordered it And gave me a specific date. The part came by and my jeep was fixed. And he was very helpful again, and he is seem to take care of his customers. Now I can safely go back home to Texas. He is a great employee to your dealership. Good luck. Thank you. More

Went in for diagnostic of poor airflow through AC. Tech and check in said he was taking it back to check the cabin air filter and would let me know how much it would be to replace it. After quite a lo Tech and check in said he was taking it back to check the cabin air filter and would let me know how much it would be to replace it. After quite a long wait, a different tech came out to show me my vehicle. They had already replaced the filter without asking me what I wanted. An air filter change is trivial, but they did it without telling me what it would be. I would have said NO to having the dealer do it and done it myself. Instead, I'm out $60. I'm very annoyed. More
