I planned to leave the truck for pickup the next morning (two recalls and regular maintenance), and walked down to Enterprise Car Rental (my schedule doesn't support dealer ride offerings). Got a call late that morning that they had finished. I returned the rental early and got a quick ride back to LHM. Howard reviewed the work list and gave me my keys. They did everything they said they'd do, and earlier than I expected. It's a service department at an auto dealer. I've worked with them since 2013. They run a business, and for the most part everyone is friendly and pleasant, especially Howard Courtney. I'll wager that most of the folks providing negative reviews either woke up cranky, spilled some milk on their new shoes at breakfast, or somehow believe the world owes them a favor. Suggestion: Help us folks select the SERVICE folks a little easier, & not just Sales & Finance. More
Bad Experience! My entire experience was terrible. I received a recall notice for the passenger side airbag and scheduled an appointment. When I showed up, they said they did not have the parts and were calling people to cancel. I never received a call and had taken the day off of work to take the car in. They told me that they were the only ones in town fixing this particular recall and to call back in 3 weeks to reschedule because they would have the parts by then. I called back in 3 weeks and was told that they didn't have the parts yet but that I should get on their wait list. I asked why they didn't tell me about the wait list to begin with...no response. I got on the wait list. Never heard back. Called a few weeks later and was told they had the parts and that I should schedule an appointment. I asked what was the point of a wait list if they weren't going to tell me when my wait was over...no response. I scheduled an appointment. I showed up and waited for my car. Soon after arriving I received a text from the service rep Brandon saying that if I needed anything while I waited to reply to the text. I waited. More than an hour passes and I haven't heard anything, so I responded to the text asking how much longer it was going to be. I never received a reply. Another hour passes. I go to the desk and ask what the status of my car is and am told just a few more minutes. More than a few minutes later my name is called. My car is ready. I pick it up and leave the dealership. On my way home I notice that there are some scratches on the tint on my passenger side window and a chip in the windshield (on the passenger side) has spread...all while it was in the shop. I call and leave a message for the service rep Brandon. Hours later I receive a call from Fernando. I explain the situation. He was rude and condescending and without even looking at the car claimed that the damage just didn't make sense. He tells me to go back into the shop so he can look at the car. At this point I am done with them. I didn't ask them for anything but wanted them to know that they damaged my vehicle. I was not about to schlep myself all the way back to the dealership only to be patronized. Oh, and by the way, the dash now rattles, thank you very much. I purchased my car at Larry H. Miller. I've gotten most of my service done at Larry H. Miller. Never again...they have lost a client in me. More

Took my Jeep for repairs after $900+ they returned it with the xx engine light on. The so-called service manager Jason I believe his name was and the fool next to his desk tell me they weren't told to work on that. So I'm supposed to take it like that? Complete idiots work there I tell you. More
Inconsistent work preformed I have been loyal to LHM for over 3 years. Mixed results on over 10 visits. Last service & EGR maintenance to include rear differerential service. Over $1,000.000 and not one staff member or internet search could produce at min 5% discount. Ughh... 3rd time on tire rotation, Manf clearly suggest 60-front 80 rear. All set & 75psi. Yes, I drove over 25 mile for re-set and no dice. Easiest task, windshield reminder sticker, “nope” left same one on that vehicle drove in with. The competition is clear xx town... More
Horrible I bought a new Dodge Charger, I went in because the rim on one of the tires was cracked. I was told I hit a pot hole (nope), I blew a tire (really, I bought a new Dodge Charger, I went in because the rim on one of the tires was cracked. I was told I hit a pot hole (nope), I blew a tire (really, you just said I need new ones), I must have been hit (nope) and this was all told to me by two women, who by the way were not mechanics. Hmmmm. THE WORST SERVICE EVERY and never a manger there. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. BEWARE!!!!!! More
