Don't go to Larry H. Miller or buy a Dodge Ram Truck We purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 and has severe corrosion on the drive lines, the box mounts, the rear end and rear hubs, dealership said it is norm We purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 and has severe corrosion on the drive lines, the box mounts, the rear end and rear hubs, dealership said it is normal as a result of transporting. The steering was pulling to the right, the dealership said it was "the New Mexico roads after they denied any problem. They denied all my concerns. I asked to see a manager so I can show him the issues, he stayed briefly then got his forman. We went for a test drive, he saw the issue, the foreman reported that the technician held the steering wheel and failed to align the steering wheel to its proper position, they checked the alignment and corrected it. Another issue was that the recirculation control turns off after 5 minutes, this causes the vents to open and you get care emission in the cab, the dealership denied this. I got the forman to verify this defect, he then said he would research if it's been reported before, he reported they are instructed to do no repair. Another issues was the cut out a large hole on the carpet and exposed the floor, they said all trucks are like that so is the carpet. Another issue is that the ignition switch contact to start didnt occur as it is support to which forces pressure on the plastic key which will potentially break. All my concerns will result in replacement after the warranty expires or more concerning injury when these substand parts breakaway on the road. The dealership referred me to the customer service for resolution but their advise was more misinformation. The customer service informed me to go to another dealership. The rust on our 2019 Ram truck is excessive for being 6 months old then all our 6 other vehicles we own combined. Service at Larry H. Miller is horrible and Dodge has disappointed us. My family has been a prior customer of LHM and the Dodge Corporation are both disatifactory. prior Doge truck owners. The Dodge Corporation should be ashame for pushing their street uneorthy rush bucket products to consumers. I get the feeling that they know of these issues but justify not to take appropriate action, I would go as far as saying they are causing to get repairs outside the warranty period.
