I brought in a Challenger with a crack in the coolant reservoir, and they wanted $600 to put in a new one. Got an $80 mopar reservoir, installed it in about 15 minutes. DO NOT bring your vehicle here for repairs, especially if you don’t know about cars, they will overcharge you an insane amount. Along with this, when I came to pick up my car after refusing service, I was poorly treated and disrespected...and I was in uniform at the time, being a service member. Disrespectful service, and dishonest work. I was “helped” by Tim. More

Horrible Experience If I could leave a no star rating I would. I have never had a worse experience at a car dealership than at your location. My Jeep Wrangler broke down If I could leave a no star rating I would. I have never had a worse experience at a car dealership than at your location. My Jeep Wrangler broke down on Saturday June 15, we had my vehicle towed to your location because we believed bringing our Jeep to a local dealership would be best. Unfortunately it was one of the biggest mistakes Ive ever made. I called Monday morning to speak with the service representative to see what we needed to do with our extended warranty to get our vehicle fixed and he informed us that he would contact them and get everything lined up. He also needed some documentation which we provided on Tuesday. Two more days go by and we hear nothing. I call everyday more than once and no returned calls until I had to take off work to go into the shop. The service representative than let me know they would not cover the repairs. We contacted our warranty directly and was told they were waiting to hear back from the dealership and that there was only one call to them about our Jeep. I had to go again into the shop and speak directly with the service representative, he then informed me they needed an oil sample and he would “drop the pan” immediately to send to the warranty company. Also had a very rude sales “ Manager” come and try to sell me a truck that I was not interested in, he became very pushy and insisted this was our only option and no one else would be able to help us like they would. Fast forward to two weeks later and still no word about the repairs. This Thursday evening we contacted once again the service manager and was told he didn’t have time for us and admitted to never moving our vehicle to the shop and only turned the vehicle on to hear the noise it was making. We ended up paying out of pocket to tow our vehicle to another mechanic shop. With that said new shop already got all our repairs covered in one day and he will start the work Monday. Just shows you that your dealership does not have the customer best interest and that they took advantage of our horrible situation and never attempted to fix our vehicle and left a full time worker with two kids without a vehicle for two weeks. Sorry the lengthy review but I hope no one trusts this dealership for anything from sales to service. I also spoke with a very nice lady up front who promised a service manger would get back to me ASAP and once again no call about our horrible experience. Maybe leaving this review will finally get your attention and someone may be contacting me to speak about our situation. More

Horrible customer service I arrived 10 minutes before the schedule time. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me. I could see people sitting at their station staring at comp I arrived 10 minutes before the schedule time. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me. I could see people sitting at their station staring at computers and not helping me. I let it go till the driver taking me home told me that it was a slow morning. I went to get the Jeep and was frustrated with the experience. When I got there I went to the service area and one guys said he didn't know how to look for my Jeep. He then sends me to talk to someone else who then says I have to wait for the person who talked to me in the morning whose helping another person when there was staff sitting around. The person talks to me and said she was gong to give me printed copy of the estimate with the receipt for the service that morning. This did not happen. The Jeep was out front and was told the keys were in it. When I got to the Jeep I was promised it would be washed and it had not been washed. They had parked it with windows open and trash had blown in. The keys were not in it. I went back to say keys were not in the Jeep. I was told they didn't know where the keys were at. I stood around waiting they finally found the key in a desk. No body apologized for all the issues. I really can't recommend this business. More

Lies and shady practices to sell me a vehicle I went to larry h miller with the intent of purchasing a vehicle for myself. I was recommended to see a salesman by the name of reggie. Like all sales I went to larry h miller with the intent of purchasing a vehicle for myself. I was recommended to see a salesman by the name of reggie. Like all salesmen he definitely talked a big game but I found the vehicle I wanted and Reggie assured me that they would hold it while I had additional paperwork sent to them. Over the weekend the vehicle I wanted was apparently sold and reggie and his manager had the salesman (brandon) let go because of this. I don't know how true this is but I wasn't to happy about this. Soon I spoke with the manager and he tries to turn it around to place the blame on me. I told him that I would have gladly put money down to hold the vehicle but that was never offered to me. I then said I was given a verbal agreement and a handshake not once or twice but three times. Soon on they tried to sell me a modified vehicle with 50k additional miles from what I originally wanted and then a lower model with none of the bells and whistles that I wanted for an additional 12k. They then asked me to wait 2 to 3 days and I agreed. Nothing, I got no help what so ever and so I went out on my own and got my own pre-approved finance and searched around for a truck I want for the price I originally bought for. Larry h miller definitely fits the stereotype of the sleazy shady salesman with managers who could care less for the customer. More
