Poor service estimates I had an appointment for 12. I brought my truck in at 11:45. I was told it would be ready at 3:00. I arrived at 4 and they had not started working I had an appointment for 12. It was finally ready at 5:45. I was told sometimes their estimates are a little off with a weak apology. At no time did they let me know they would be late. Also it appears the appointment time is meaningless. The lack of concern for the tardiness and inconvenience this caused me was very apparent. More
