Lee Feehan met us in the sales We found the Jeep we wanted and were treated wit professionalism and courtesy at Larry H. Miller Jeep in Albuquerque. Lee Feehan met us in the sales lot and, without any pressure, introduced us to what turned out to be our new Jeep Wrangler. Lee discussed all the capabilities of the Wrangler and ushered us through the preliminary financing. He and the folks in the finance department proved to be more then patient since we hag not unlocked our credit reporting!! That turned out to be a two day project to get the reports necessary for the loan and subsequent licensing and registration taken care of. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and we now have our new Wrangler. More

Recommendations unfulfilled. Oil change completed, informed of recommended service for replacing rear shocks on my 2012 PowerWagon. Service advisor stated parts available so I ok'd the work additional time out of my day. Advisor returned to say parts not in stock & more time is needed to get parts. He went on to say that part is in stock however is for another customer. I requested that I be allowed to have the part in shop installed, the part for me was going to be sent for that day anyway. It was declined due to parts policies. I disagreed with your policy and asked for my truck to be returned to me immediately. I am uncertain at this point, I recall in 2012 when purchasing I was treated like family and now that's an experience felt at most recent visits. I am reconsidering where to get service done.
