They couldn’t find my car - TWICE! Two weeks ago, my car was towed there for service. It was supposed to be ready on a Thursday or Friday. I didn’t hear from them but was out of town so Two weeks ago, my car was towed there for service. It was supposed to be ready on a Thursday or Friday. I didn’t hear from them but was out of town so didn’t need my car immediately. On the following Tuesday, I still had not heard from them so I called. They literally could not find my car - no record of it in the system and they couldn’t find it on the lot. I had to drive over there and demand they find it. I was also told that the receptionists cannot be expected to give out accurate information about vehicles because “there are too many cars to keep track of.” Eventually it was found and fixed - about a week after it was promised. Less than two weeks after it was serviced, I broke down on the side of the road again. It was towed back there. It was supposed to be ready either yesterday evening or this morning. Of course it wasn’t ready until this evening but when I went to pick it up they could not find it AGAIN!!! The service guy had to wander the lot, row by row, to find my car. Needless to say, I would not trust my vehicle with them again. More

I went through a lot of trouble getting some answers because my service advisor did not leave one message for me informing that my Jeep was going to be DOWN for a week and a half.....because of this the dealership couldn't help me with a loaner vehicle right away. Even Larry H. MILLER SERVICE MANAGER WAS UNABLE TO HELP WHEN I CAME TO HIM AFTER A WEEK LATER......All I heard was " we don't know what's going on with your vehicle so give an extra 48 hours to figure all this out".....at the end I got one day loaner which help but way late......my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was repaired under factory warranty but to this day what they fixed is a mystery.....the work order says they installed some lifters but no explanation from my so call service advisor Randy.....my Jeep was returned dirty and no explanation as to an oil and filter change which should have done with the lifter service.......not returning to LARRY H. MILLER JEEP AND CHRYSLER. More

Service I bought my car from here a year ago and purchased the oil change package that included 4 services for one year. Every single time I have taken my veh I bought my car from here a year ago and purchased the oil change package that included 4 services for one year. Every single time I have taken my vehicle I was asked if I wanted a car wash and every time I did not get one. This last time I went there was a white scratch on my black car on the driver side. So I noticed it immediately. There was no manager there to help and the four people that came to look just blew it off. One person even said oh well you can buy stuff to fix it. Why is it my responsibility to fix something they caused. I left my number for the manager and I still have not received a call back. I will not be taking my vehicle back there for service. More

Stranded and Screwed My service engine lite came on as we were returning home from San Diego. Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was the nearest dealer with service. My service engine lite came on as we were returning home from San Diego. Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was the nearest dealer with service. It was around 9 am on a Monday. The service advisor, who I will not name, put a scope on my Jeep and said it was the oil pump. But, the Jeep being 8 months old, oil pumps were on backorder. The service adVisor suggested, after about 2 hours of sitting around waiting with my wife, my granddaughter, and my German Shepherd that we get a hotel. So we did. We could drive the Jeep on city streets off the interstates. To make a long story short, on Thursday, they got an oil pump. But they couldn’t schedule installation until the following week. So the service advisor arranged for a rental so we could drive the 350 miles or so home. They installed the oil pump the following Thursday. The service advisor informed me that I had to get the rental back ASAP. So I drove the rental back, picked up my Jeep, and drove it home in one long day. The Jeep “Wave” program took care of my out of pocket expenses. But it did not take care of my time and inconvenience. The person I spoke with at Jeep “Wave” said the service advisor should have arranged a one way rental much sooner, fixed my Jeep, and had it transported back to me, saving me a day and 700 miles of driving. I will never set foot in Larry H. Milker Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Albuquerque again for any reason. More

From the very first time we went there and went to purchase a vehicle we had issues. We were up front and honest from the very beginning with them and they told us no lroblem we can take care of you. We signed paper work three times and every tim we were told it is all good and you are done. Three months later we are getting calls that we need to go in to the Dealership and sign papers again. Finally after three months or so it finally gets done. Took to long and we never got no compensation or anything for what we went through. Bad business practice. More
