I understand unpredictability, I've spent the last 40 years in aircraft maintenance. As a Program Manager I deal with it everyday. However, when the service manager attending to your vehicle leaves your keys and service paperwork on your dash and never takes it to the shop so they know you are here for your appointment, that's just incompetence. I guess grabbing breakfast burritos from the guy who comes through the garage is more important. That is what drove my delay Sir. Also, why was the tire pressure sensor that I identified and that was on my work order not even looked at? Also, not even an apology from guy who wasted my time for two extra hours. Is professionalism unpredictable too?

I did go in to try and get things straightened out and only got yelled at by the manager on duity and called a liar. I have learned my lesson with shopping with you guys and just stick with the other dodge dealership that has done me right the 2 vehicle purchases before yours.

my wife can't even drive the car because she can not take the battery cable off to re set the electronics. when i bought the car the engine light was on they took it to the back turned it off and said every thing was alright ,WHAT A LIE THAT WAS. THE CAR WAS SERVICED EVERY MONTH FROM THE PREVICE OWNERS WHAT FOR? i will be there this thursday with the car. it needs to be fixed or you need to give me another car or my money back !

your dealership sucks ! your technician's can't fix the piece of junk that you new was having electrical problems when it was traded in the check engine light was on when i test drove it. you said no problem and took to the back and turned it off and brought it back to the front , so we Thaut it was fine but to our suprise it wasn't. its been in the shop three times and ready to go a fourth time because nothing was fixed this last time i left there 2 weeks and the problem still isn't fixed. so now your salesman are trying to rip me off again !

well we traded the car back to larry miller. we lost our 8,000 trade in on the new car so the attorney general told us that they could not do anything because we took the deal which is bull ! they told us to get an attorney if we wanted to go on. so be ware of larry miller and the way they do business!!! the attorney general said they had a lot of complaints from other people.
