I stopped going to your business because of this lack of quality. recently I had the need for service on my 2008 Wrangler that went beyond my ability and so I thought that I would suck it up and visit THE DEALER for service. I was pleasantly surprised that the Service staff was significantly changed and that Michael Veselik actually had automotive knowledge and experience. Great job and I am pleased that Management realized that they had an issue in the Service area and it seems to me that Larry H Miller Jeep has addressed the issue and solved it.
