While I didn't have my vehicle serviced there yet, I recently found this car online and purchased it as an A to Spoke to Nick, the Service Advisor. While I didn't have my vehicle serviced there yet, I recently found this car online and purchased it as an A to B car until the market cools down on used cars - private party sale, and I called for information on recent services, so that I can understand what has been done at this point, and what I still needed to do, and address any potential areas of concern from prior visits. Nick, on a busy Saturday, was so helpful when I called him. I'm impressed by his professionalism, and attitude. He is the one I will be booking with, when I come in! Debra More
I’ve had problems with the stereo in my Jeep since I bought it in July 2018. Still not fixed after five service appointments. They’ve installed three new stereos and nine have worked. It’s obviously not bought it in July 2018. Still not fixed after five service appointments. They’ve installed three new stereos and nine have worked. It’s obviously not the stereo that’s the problem. The last time I dropped it off for five days and no work was done because they didn’t have the parts. They were supposed to call me when they got the parts, but they didn’t and the parts got sent back to the warehouse and I had to wait for the service advisor to order them again. When I took my entire Saturday morning to wait for the work to be done, the very next day the stereo didn’t turn on at all when I started my Jeep. This is beyond frustrating. It’s been two years since I first dropped it off at Larry Miller to have the problem fixed and it’s still a problem. You’d think after putting two new stereos into my vehicle they would get the idea that it’s not the stereo, but they keep doing the same thing and getting the same result. It’s literally the definition of insanity. More
