We took a truck in for repair, They had it for 3 weeks. Gave me a diagnosis that the transmission was bad. We have a extended warranty & Donny Gonzales was to submit paper work to the warranty company. He Gave me a diagnosis that the transmission was bad. We have a extended warranty & Donny Gonzales was to submit paper work to the warranty company. He never did submit it. I would text him everyday and ask if he had heard back for warranty. No nothing yet. So I called the warranty company. They said he had never submitted the paperwork. I ended up going to pick up the truck & took it to a different shop. Donny Gonzales is worthless & lazy. He needs to be fired. More
The radio screen in my car gave out, I have warranty on it so my husband made an appointment online to get it fixed on 1/18. They instead gave me an oil change. I explained that’s not what I needed it wasn’t time yet and Oscar Crisostomo let me know he’d order the part. A month went by and I heard nothing so I called in. The part had not been ordered. I was finally able to get through to him which is very difficult to do btw and he said he’d order it should come in a few weeks. Time went on again no word form oscar so I called and he said he needed a serial number but was able to pull it up with my VIN #. Said it’d take about a week or so to arrive and he’d call me on 3/10 at the latest. It is now 3/13, I left oscar a voicemail on 3/10 and still have not heard back. More

On 9-16-22 I scheduled my Jeep Galdiator in for a recall and additional maintenance of oil change, tires rotation and balance. Earliest appointment was 11am and was told may take all day because of the extr and additional maintenance of oil change, tires rotation and balance. Earliest appointment was 11am and was told may take all day because of the extra work. Really?! I dropped it off at 8:30am And was Uber’ed home since I had to go to work. Turned out It was finished earlier than expected around noon so I told the service advisor I’d pick it up in the morning. Wish I’d never done that. Invoice shows milage in/out are identical but my odometer showed it was driven for 20 miles since I’d last dropped it off. The AC had been adjusted and the music switched to SiriusXM Radio. Thanks a lot Mr. service advisor. That’s wear and tear on my vehicle I’ll never get back again, fuel, and music subscription. Great job stealing from your customers. Must be nice to be able to take customer’s vehicles home for a change. More
