I took the car in to have the batteries replaced (I have two). After the work was completed, the car was not left where they told me it would be. It was still back at the Service Center entrance. They forgot to reset it. I took it back a few days later to have the uConnect soft reset, and they didn't know how to do that. So now I have to take it to someone else to get that fixed. Pretty sad a Jeep dealer doesn't know how to do that, or maybe the guy I was working with didn't know, and didn't know how to ask someone else working then how to do that. More

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at the Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep service department. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was starkly evident right from the start. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I was left unacknowledged at the entrance for an aggravating 25 minutes. Things went downhill when I finally got the attention of a service writer named Juan. His blatant disregard for my time and concerns was further accentuated when he chose to start eating while addressing my issues, a clear lack of simple courtesy. The most frustrating part was discovering that a parts order for a recall on my Jeep, supposedly placed back in July, had never been made. To add insult to injury, my request for a free key replacement, a benefit covered by my paid warranty, was casually brushed off with a flippant promise to do it when the recall parts arrived. The entire experience felt like a complete disregard for customer service and was, without doubt, the worst I've ever received. I would strongly advise anyone against dealing with Juan or using this dealership's services. More
